Lukejohn avoids calls, doesn't call back, doesn't provide updates and doesn't deliver on promises. I mean, a simple google search on the guy should tell you all that you need to know when two of the first things that pop up are his mugshot and a breach of contract lawsuit. Sad excuse of a "business", so frustrating and really disappointing. The worst part is my parents are the ones dealing with this company. The kitchen and master bath were supposed to be finished by Labor Day 2024, it was then pushed back to thanksgiving 2024 and the kitchen was barely useable then. The master bath was completed may 9th and the kitchen is STILL not done. 90% of the cost of the cabinets was paid in October in preparation for delivery and they still don't have the finished cabinets. A year ago they were so excited about their new house and since then, they have been constantly let down by this company and it has turned their excitement of starting a new chapter of life in a new home into a complete nightmare. Finally, my mom asked me to call Lukejohn as a last resort after trying to get ahold of him for days/ weeks. And guess what...he answered the phone! When I told him who I was he rudely told me he was out of town and busy and someone would be reaching out that day. They then gave them a July 1st date, which has since turned into August 4th. incredibly pathetic.

In that first visit what really stood out was the pictures. They are a step above any one else's in the area. I fell in love with a particular one with oyster shells. The colors were amazing. Sadly I didn't buy it right than and there as I never saw another one like it on all my visits that followed. Now a month ago already in the new house we were shopping here and saw a dining room table we liked. Unfortunately the chairs that were displayed with it didn't really go. So we proceeded to look all over the store for possible choices. The two salespersons working there did little to nothing to assist us. In fact on that particular day there was not one other customer in the store. Needless to say we ended up leaving and eventually buying the perfect dining room set for us elsewhere. So why go back? Because we like their pictures and we aren't going to let two individuals stop us from shopping. On our return it was Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and they were having a 20% off sale on the pictures. We luckily spotted an octopus picture that would be perfect in our family room with an octopus bowl as well. Also in metal in a seafoam green color we got a school a fish. Lastly a sea turtle just love it don't know exactly where it will be hung yet a definite keeper. Guess what happened a whole store full of sales associates that actually helped us take the items down from where they were hanging, brought them to the register for us and even assisted us in getting them Into our car. Moral of this review if you see something you like in a store don't let someone else's poor attitude and performance not allow you to get what you want.

The furniture we selected was ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. The quality is superb and the price is reasonable. As the years passed, we only shopped at this store when we needed carpeting and new mattresses. We recently replaced our sofas to update our living room.The service we receive is exceptional and we highly recommend shopping at this fine furniture store.

She looked at me with disdain and told me in no uncertain terms that she was not involved my purchase and had no idea where it was. It was the tone of her delivery and look on her face. I waited 4 more months and the bench finally arrived, but it was the wrong color. The owner Holly refused to refund us, and screamed at us in the store insisting that was the bench we ordered. She refused to admit they made a mistake. She said she'll "look around" for a bench that will work for us. As of now, 8 months past the order date, we have no bench and no refund.
