We didn't want to leave the Island to hunt for a post office, so we found this location. I was able to have my package shipped/picked up by 2:00 pm the same day. A small store with helpful service. They had everything I needed and more. You could make copies, pick up souvenirs (of course super high prices), and all the other shipping needs that one may require. I go in to have my personal will notarized... That I did myself online and printed myself. It was a huge ordeal and I finally just said have these two witnesses witness you Notarizing my will. I was charged for two items being notarized I get home and the documents not even notarized... The two employees that work there signed it as witnesses I could've had my neighbors do that... I called up there and the lady neglected to even look at the back paper did not notarize my document what a waste of time and $6 read more

Worse customer service, price is almost tripled and their excuse of being a "third party" is no excuse! I was charged $4 for a small box and had to ask the girl if I could just use the same size box for USPS for free! Why do I have to ask for a price on everything g bc they price gouge EVERYTHING! The dark curly haired girl was not even waiting on me and asked me to move my envelope off the counter because it says "do not lean" on the counter, but then she's helping a guest who appears to be a local and have $$ and that lady places her keys, phone on it and says nothing! I remind u my package was probably 2 pounds, much lighter then a phone purse and keys! Highly recommend going to the other postal store on the island if you want to support a small business like myself and who is friendly! We are a new military family to this area, and this establishment is not a welcoming one!!! read more

I've alwAys had great service and I use them weekly. I highly recommend them. The two women that work there are always quick and courteous.

FRAUDULENT CHARGES; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Merchant placed a fraudulent charge on my card then provided a "receipt" (that I hadn't signed) with false information to my credit card company when I disputed it. Thankfully, my credit card ultimately cleared up the issue and reversed the charge, but using this mail service was NOT worth the hassle! Buyer beware! read more

I always get greeted by the customer service. If and when I call they always pick up. When I drop my orders off I never second guess their handling of my merchandise. I also was given a sheet of the boxes that they carry so I can get the best needed size and the right price. Keep up the good work. read more

Unfortunately, I will never be going back. Went to them to have a package mailed to my daughter. ISSUE #1: Advised that there was a gift card, household, canvas picture and a few other random items in the box. I advised there was about $300 worth of items inside; however, I only insured for $200. She didn't tape the box in my presence but thought nothing of it. Daughter received the box and only thing missing was the gift card. Weird. ISSUE #2: Upon contacting the owner, Mr. Scott, and explaining the situation, I learned that the Gift Card was the only thing NOT insured. Nothing was EVER mentioned to me about this when mailing the package and paying for shipping. And that was an employee that he claims to have been there for 4 years already. He did offer me to come look at the cameras/video footage, which he stated only covered about 90% of the transaction. Although, I was not interested in watching the same video surveillance that he had already seen, he insisted that I come take a look anyway, that he would be there all day, so to come by whenever I could. ISSUE #3: I arrived around 2pm that same day to find that he was gone for the day! The employee advised that I could wait around for a half an hour and he would come back if he needed to. ISSUE #4: While looking back at my receipt, I noticed that this box was shipped Fed Ex. Not once, did I ever request this box be mailed Fed Ex. I advised the clerk to mail out, regular mail and no rush. Only specification is to insure for $200. I should have questioned why I paid $50, but didn't, so my fault. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved. Never heard back from the owner, so chalking this one up as a loss and just wont ever be back. Upsetting, as the convenience of this location was nice, compared to the FB Post Office. read more
