I was hesitant because once a hair is plucked from my eyebrow it likely won't grow back for a VERY long time. I put my faith in Chi and her work. And wow was I so pleasantly surprised. Her studio she rents is so cute, clean. Chi herself seems to have versatility / lots of experience in all things like brow and lashes. She is soft spoken, and wonderful to chat with during your appointment. She is nice enough to listen to you in the beginning of your appointment so you're both on the same page about wants, needs/ expectations of how your brows can be realistically transformed. She was fantastic and I recommend trusting in her for brow services. No one has ever been able to transform my stubborn Asian brows and she did it and I didn't even know it was possible for my brows to look so clean and put together! I wish I had found her sooner!!

My eyebrows are already naturally thin and scattered all over the place , but the ladies here still always manages to clean me up so neatly without taking away so much and making me look even more bald faced lol. I usually go to the lady that operates from seat #1 by the checkout counter. We always have a great interaction/ conversation during my visits . She's really sweet and knowledgeable about her profession. She's always giving me ideas on new things to try , different places to go , foods to try, etc .. She suggested that I try the eyebrow tinting , and I really want to only I wipe my forehead too much and I'm scared I'd accidentally wipe them off. She suggested eyebrow Microblading only that's permanent and I'm scared I might not like the final results. They offer a lot of different services: eyebrow tinting , eyebrow microblading , permanent lip & eye liner , lash extensions, body waxing, make up services, hairstyling, facials , ear piercings, Hina tattoos, and a lot of other services. And all at reasonable prices too.

The actual service I received the first time was just a routine threading, but today I opted for threading, color and lamination. Currently my brows look like Burt's from Bert and Ernie as I need to allow them to finish processing. I have had my brows laminated before elsewhere when I left that establishment they gave me an at home kit for brushing and moisturizing them along with detailed instructions. At Perfect Brow today, I received no at home kit or any after care instructions, the dos and don'ts are fairly important so you don't ruin your brows so instructions should be given at least on a hand out to clients. I guess all in all it's a shop that that provides a fairly inexpensive service or services and the end results are fairly mid so maybe this is one of those things you get what you pay for, so my recommendation would be just that; if your looking for "ok" for the price give them a shot, if you're looking for a personalized experience and some pampering, Perfect Brow doesn't offer that on the menu.

I've seen no more than 3 stylists but the norm is only 2. That should tell you alot. If you are a Texas Conservative, be aware that your rights will be trampled on and the reason I found a better salon. Don't like like having things done to my hair that I didn't ask for. This was done during a routine trim without my knowledge nor my consent. Be advised. There are much better salons out there, believe me. By the way, this salon has changed hands.it is NOT owned by the same person (Michelle) who got all the rave reviews. New owner must have worked there as she is pictured in the group shot which is really false. Not many customers at all.
