It's seasoned so well, that I just wanted MORE. AND you see the racks of the chicken in the kitchen, over the flame! I have no idea how to explain the sauces - savory, not sweet was another reviewer's words and I agree. Put some on the wrap, some on fries, it all goes together. I dig it. But my issue was the pulled pork was not warm and the cheese was not fully melted. I'm thinking they might want to warm the pulled pork up then put it in the sub then put it in the panini press otherwise you end up with a cold middle. The country of Cuba is not cold in the middle, nor should the sandwich named for the country. This one issue would not stop me from going back, it's just a small issue they need to work on to go from a good Cuban sandwich to a Fantastic one.
