I ordered the Brisket sandwich with Mango Habanero sauce. My husband ordered the Brisket Beans and I ordered the Slaw as our sides. We both liked the sides. The brisket beans were very flavorful and the slaw had just the right amount of sweetness. Unfortunately, the sandwiches weren't as good. The meat on both sandwiches was dry and fairly tough. They had a good flavor. It was just really dry. And so little sauce was put on the sandwiches that it looked as if none had been put on the my husbands at all. I had very little on mine. So little that there was no discernible flavor from the delicious mango habanero sauce that I taste tested at the truck. With such dry meat - some bbq sauce would've been helpful! Also, when paying $31 for two sandwiches with a side - I expected a better quality. The service was friendly and the music playing was nice. But it takes more than a smile and good music to make me return.

I put some of their sweet bbq sauce over the meat, perfection. I initially got this, plus an order of their fries, for my 94.5 y.o. grandmother, for her lunch... will alo be her dinner, most likely, and possibly her lunch tomorrow. lol (she's not a big eater, but she did tie into it, and left not a crumb (but I did need to trim the 'skin' off of the pickles, but I have to do it at McDonalds & BK & Wendy's too. So her, not the pickles which were great. In getting hers ready for her to eat, I did try a little bit of meat that fellou when I cut her sandwich in 1/2, so then I popped a French fry in my mouth as I put her 'extras' away for her supper. Pretty cute truck with a nice setup and easy to read menu and ordering instructions. When I arrived there were about 5 customers ahead of me that already ordered their food and was waiting. I went up and after waiting a reasonable couple minutes, one of the two guys stepped off the grill to take our order. He was friendly and quick; we ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and asked about the chocolate chip cookies. He told us they were totally out of the cookies. He pointed out the two deserts on display at the order window and I told him we would try out the carrot cake. Our total was $25 and we added a tip. He advised us it would be about 10 minutes for our order to come out, which we appreciated the estimate. It was about 10-15 minutes when he called us to the pick up window to grab our food. He handed us the two boxes with cheesesteaks in them with some napkins. We asked about our carrot cake and it said they were all out he apologized and gave us two brownies...unfortunately they didn't even look very appetizing. I opened my box up and was immediately disappointed and skeptical--the meat looked overcooked and dry. When I picked it up oil dripped from the bottom of the sub buns and each bite caused oil to drip down my chin it was flavorless, and the overcooked meat was hard and dry. Definitely could improve with more seasoning, less oil and some more mayo. Very disappointing. Hubby agreed and after trying the brownies he said they weren't very good either. Unfortunately, this won't be a food truck we return to.

The lobster rolls are my favorite. The tacos were good too but the roll stand out to me. The wait time isn't that bad. The food comes out quick in my opinion. I don't live in Columbus, so when I see the food truck close to the house, I will be getting some. I will be back.

The meat was lifeless and limp, perhaps just past properly cooked. A bit chewy. But, well buttery and garlicky as the way I requested. The Whoopi pie was generically what they are. It was a treat, but, not the exciting event I'd hoped for in a $50 meal...

However, the fries that came with the Cuban were very good. The quesadilla was better. It was large and stuffed with tasty chicken and cheese. It was browned and crisped just right. I didn't care for the glaucoma which came with the dish. The color and the consistency led me to believe that it was store-bought. It was so thin and almost runny. I was expecting thick, homemade guacamole to be served in a Latin restaurant; disappointing for sure. Overall, the quesadilla was good and I would consider ordering it again. The servers were very friendly. The restaurant was clean. The waits were a bit too long in our opinion...we waited to get our drinks, waited to order, waited for the food.......you probably get the point! It was a 45 minute wait from ordering our food to being served the food. Too long in my opinion. Next time we're in Urbana we will look for something else.
