Delicious donuts - especially enjoyed the light sweet cream filling in the cookies n cream donut, and the plain iced cake donut. Friendly helpful service - she was incredibly patient while we asked a ton of questions and took our time selecting our donuts. It was so nice of her to us a donut hole sample of the chocolate yeast when we noted we'd never seen those before. I was surprised how low the total check came up - a great deal for super service and delicious donuts.

It's the cutest little adorable shack I've ever seen. There was one employee and she was great! Super friendly and helpful on which flavors to try. I choose to get the "snowball" which consists of shaved ice stuffed with ice cream in the middle with the flavors of wedding cake + cotton candy. She was right, these two flavors together are super good! We sat outside of the car and ate at one of the picnic tables. It was very peaceful and truly a good vibe. I would definitely visit again!

I received a text from Drop in Tea Monroe that my order was ready which was followed by another…read moretext to fill out a survey. I never got a response from my survey, so I'm posting my review online. This was a horrible experience. First, the wait was incredibly long and people who came after me were getting their orders before me. When I noticed it was happening, I was told the "new girl" was doing my order. It took about half an hour to finally get my order - Taro Milk Tea. Second, the staff were literally standing and doing nothing but talking at some points when they were so far behind. There was no hustling to get orders completed like at Starbucks. Third, I left the shop with my order. It was the most disgusting drink. It had clumps of powder and hadn't been mixed right. I ended up throwing it away after trying to mix it in myself. It just wouldn't. What a huge disappointment after waiting so long and paying that much for a drink. I did request the company refund my card and gave them all my information including order #. I never heard back and didn't get my refund. Fourth, when I tried to find this place to give it a review I found it under Millions of Milk Tea (parent company) instead of Drop in Tea which is who sent the text to me. I'm not from the area, so I didn't remember what the actually name was on the shop front. I can understand that places are having trouble getting staff or keeping staff, but this was pure chaos on so many levels. I see I'm not the only one having a problem. I witnessed others in the store talking to staff about issues like not getting what they ordered and one girl didn't even get what she paid extra for. The "trainer" in this store isn't training new staff properly if they aren't getting orders right, and they aren't mixing drinks properly. I still want a refund.

The food was cooked to perfection (and I ordered various times during the party) and it was clearly made with fresh items. Plus he took guest allergies into consideration! Additionally, Chef Chris' customer service and professionalism was exceptional - especially given that due to a changing weather system, the event location changed 3x in 24 hours leading up to the event. You can't believe how great their pizza is for a conscience store. It may sound odd, but they are know for the quality and taste of their pizza. I really love their pizza, crust is great, cheese is gooey and pepperoni is amazing! 2 large slices for $6, that's a deal! Not only do they have pizza, it is a normal convenience (General) store, they have snacks, drinks, beer, misc. prepared foods, grocery items, etc. everything is priced reasonably and make it easy to pick things up quickly and not pay an arm and a leg to get them. They also have a rewards program, that I would join if I lived here for sure. They also have gas (at least at this location) and their gas prices are pretty low, really low compared to California where I live now, but not the lowest in the Cinnci area, but pretty good. Obviously, those who live in the area or the Midwest and Southern States, you all know Casey's, but this review is really for those who do not. Do yourself a favor and try their pizza if you never have, you will love it. They also have breakfast pizza apparently that is suppose to be very good as well. Enjoy!
