I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. Baseboards broken and not replaced. The carpet pad was missing under the carpet. The one baseboard they put back looked like a 2nd grader nailed it back.
