The shipper, knowing the mattress weighed over 200 pounds, sent the mattress out with 2 men who clearly could not handle the task. They ended up leaving the mattress in the garage. The shipper notified me that to perform the delivery, they would need to send out 5 men at an additional cost which was outrageous. I'm 61 years old and deliver these mattresses all the time with the help of another semi-older guy. I went online looking for movers in the area and found Muscle Movers. I called and talked to Ken and he told me he was busy on another move. I explained my situation and he said he'd try to work it in. This was on a Thursday and he and one other man got the mattress out of the garage and into the customers home on Friday. His fee was more than reasonable and the fact that he extended himself like he did, I cannot express my gratitude.
