Called yesterday morning and this morning and left call- back #. Noone called me back. Charges increased again. Do not store here. Everyone moving out. They are greedy - increase monthly rent by $50-$100 frequently and never answer phone or return your call when they say they will! People that worked here until 2-3 months were professional. These new people are terrible!

We had a contract with Roto Rooter for this job. The lead supervisor even fell through our ceiling in the bathroom and said "don't worry we'll take care of that as well". They came one day and left machines on to dry the moisture but didn't tell us we could turn them off after weeks of being on, which ran our electricity bill up tremendously. This was supposed to be a 2 week job by the way. So onto week 4 we still had holes in our walls and insulation and bugs coming out. Every time we called them they wouldn't answer. I finally talked to another guy at their company and he said they already did their job! Totally ridiculous that we were lied into all this. ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE.
