My MacBook screen failed, so I took it in to IT Fixed. Easy to find location, easy parking outside. Fantastic service from Vijay, who diagnosed the problem straight away, fitted a temporary replacement screen so I could continue working from home within a few days, and arranged the delivery and installation of a new screen and battery (also worn out) replacement within 10 days. Great communication throughout the process and fantastic all round service. Highly recommended to anyone who suddenly has a laptop problem and depends upon it for critical work.
