In september we decided we were going to cancel our service. We called up franchise direct and told them we would like to cancel. They informed us that they require a month notice. So basically we would be charged for leads for the next month. We understood that and agreed. At this point we had nothing but good experience with franchise direct. A month later we were still receiving leads so we called again. When we told them that our leads were cancelled last month they asked us for proof. They said whenever someone cancels they send out an email. If we don't have proof that we need to wait another month. Well we didn't know we were supposed to receive and email otherwise we would of called right back. So they kept sending leads for another month. This was a horrible business practice. They took our money for two years and when we asked to stop they figure out a way to keep us paying. Maybe the person on the phone forgot to send the email or never entered us as cancelling but thats not our fault.
