I had a PS3 that was malfunctioning and shutting down on its own no matter how I set it up or what I would do to try to change this condition. It was over heating and just developing all kind of problems and could not be used anymore. My nephews were very upset that they could not play anymore when they came over. I took this unit to Computer Renaissance and they cleaned the unit up and repaired "all of my problems without having to replace any parts." They're very up front with their rates and they're surely reasonable. They kept me up to date with the status of the repair. When my wife's computer stopped working we took it to Computer Renaissance to find out what was wrong. The possible charges were explained, $50.00 to diagnose or no diagnostic fee if you have them make the repair. The required repair was more than we were hoping for, but the helpful staff gave a us several options. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned computer for much less than what we thought we were going to have to spend. I have taken all of my computer needs to Computer Renaissance for several years and can't say enough about them. They have come to my office for service calls as well as made repairs in their shop for me. Anything from IT issues to a cracked phone screen they do it fast and at a more than fair price. Terrific small business. They are focused on customer needs. My computer crashed with blue screen. The CR folks fixed it the same day for a surprisingly low amount.
