They also sell cured meats and wine. The place is split into two parts. One side is more of a market, and the other side is the tasting room. There is a small sitting area to eat your stuff, but the unsaid expectation was to "eat and run" since a steady stream of people were also taking this opportunity for a great deal! What can I say? It's a supermarket! (Lol!) The stores we've visited were well-appointed, stocked, and modern. If you like meats and fish, they've got it all fresh. Being plant-based, Pingo is not the most stocked as far as those items go; but, it does contain a number of products for us. And, too, the prices are all very comparable, if not cheaper, than what we pay back in our local Hannaford back in the States. In sum, Pingo Doce is a very fine supermercado to go to when in Lisboa! :D
