As a plus, he can speak Vietnamese and Cantonese. So, he is a great resource for those of you who use English as a second language. He is one of the best accounts that I can recommend in the Denver area, especially for the Vietnamese/Chinese population. He is located in the top floor of the Far East Center near Federal and Alameda. If you've ever been here, parking is a pain the butt when it's busy here (and it tends to be very busy here). Also, there always seems to be a line for those who are wanting to see Neil. So, I would definitely recommend coming early and when you have a good amount of time on your hands. When you walk in, you'll just want to sign in with your name and information on the clipboard. You'll be called in when Neil is ready for you. While you're waiting, there's always a little bit of refreshments for customers. It's a very nice gesture, and one that I always looked forward to as a child. To keep you busy while you're waiting, there's plenty of magazines on the coffee table located in the middle of the waiting area. There isn't really any electric outlets to plug in a phone or a computer, nor is there Wi-Fi. But, a little time away from electronics never hurt anyone too badly. When you walk in his office, you'll see his office is lined with boxes pertaining to his restaurant/commercial customers. Just another way showing how trusted he is in the community. Neil will work with you quickly and efficiently on your taxes. Come prepared!
