Lucky me she had an open availability in the afternoon. Gina was very sweet, and has such calming presence about her. During my Reiki session I felt so relaxed that I was able to receive my healing process. She walked me through the process before we started the session and made sure that the atmosphere was relaxing to my likings. There was a moment I felt released from a lot of built up by tension and the energy shift! After the session we discussed the energy she felt and concluded what came to mind. She also gave me a tarot card reading. Closing out our session. I am so pleased with my session that I will definitely go again.

The package also included tapas and champagne. Effie completed my body scrub. She was great and very personable. I felt comfortable being butt-ass naked (under the sheet) during my scrub. After the scrub was a shower. The shower inside the room was nice and refreshing. Jenn completed my Swedish massage. Before beginning she asked me if any parts of body was off limits and how much pressure I wanted/preferred. She really cared about my comfort level. Jamie completed my facial. She asked questions about my skin prior and my skin routine at home. She really cared for and about my skin. After my three treatments I had a small tapas plate of some fresh veggies, orange slices, hummus and crackers. I also had some champagne. The spa itself was very clean. I never considered myself to be a "spa person" but now after this experience I think I've changed my mind and will treat myself to spa days every so often. 5+ stars! Thanks again, ladies!

I always show up on time to my appointments. I thought my appointment was for 11:15. I arrived and nobody mentioned to me that I was late or anything and they just cut my massage short. When I went to checkout I said she just did the express massage it's okay but if you can change it so I just pay for that and they told me I was late and had to pay for the full service. I was honestly shocked because I truly had no idea I was late. They claimed they called and left me a voicemail at 11 but they did not, I live 5 mins away I would have ran there if I got that call. Only confirmation I received was 3 days before the service. I used to work in the service industry and I just feel I should have been told I was late and maybe offered to move my appt. Massages aren't cheap. It's not easy to get time away from my baby and I'm super uncomfortable being pregnant. I just don't think it was fair that I was charged full price.

The records, both new and used, are carefully curated, organized, and fairly priced. Great selection of jazz, soul, rock, and everything in between - there's something for everyone here. I could easily spend hours digging here, but with my wife waiting in the car - I had 30 minutes to dig. Dig through the "New Arrivals" section and you will find a ton of gems - I saw a few Japanese pressings in there. The inventory here is priced to move - if you see something you like, I would jump on it before someone else does. There's a lounge in the back where the shop also hosts tarot card reading classes. Kristen is extremely knowledge and explained different treatments that would help my skin type. I enjoy pampering facials but for my first visit I requested a result sort of facial which included the LED Light therapy and a peel. She made me aware of what would happen the next few days and let me know she was available if I had any questions or concerns. Within a day I noticed my cystic breakout that was apparent for over a month minimize. The peel left my skin looking brighter. Overall the experience and outcome of my visit was beyond expectations. I am so happy I found her, she indeed goes above and beyond.
