Monica took the time with me to go over all of the different chakras and explain the process, which I felt was invaluable. She's certainly an easy person to talk to and very approachable with questions for those new to Reiki. With regards to the session itself, I can't even begin to describe how I physiologically felt. I could feel my body completely at ease, but my heart was beating pretty intensely. At times, I even felt that I was having some sort of out of body experience.
