First time ordering from this fairly new establishment. I would say it's been open under Italian Pizza Pie about 2yrs. My nail salon is 2 doors down had not eaten so I googled their menu. When I saw Greek salad, It got my attention. This salad comes with grilled chicken. Cost 9.89...Large salad with generous portions of grilled chicken. The only issue I have is the tomatoes were not fresh. Very soggy... What's a Greek salad without fresh tomatoes??? My husband had the Chicken Philly cheesesteak. He enjoyed it . Again generous portions of grilled chicken, onions, peppers and cheese. I will give them another but no time soon. read more

Ok, here goes... first time customer. There was a misunderstanding about delivery vs. takeout. Long story short, the manager was very helpful, remade my pizza fresh, and took care of everything with a smile. That's how you get people coming back! Garlic knots were awesome! Just wanted to share the worst experience I've ever had with food in our area. Tonight I ordered from the Italian Pie at Centerville. Let me say since the day they opened, my family has ordered from them SEVERAL times. Tonight is the last time I will EVER order from there. They recently changed management and it completely has gone down hill. I ordered a calzone and wings. We repeated the order 3 times bc the lady was talking on another phone at the same time. Husband goes to pick it up and gets in the car and notices the receipt says Angelos Pizza. Then says Stromboli ? What's Stromboli? I didn't know either, so he goes back in to let them know this was supposed to be a calzone. The rude lady working the front says NO NOO NO (yelling at my husband, who is the most non confrontational person around). I told him it's fine I'll try the Stromboli. He comes home and it is the tiniest thing I've seen. We usually split the calzone and still have left overs. I cut it in half and it's raw. I mean completely raw dough. I call the store to talk to the man cooking. I tell him that 1. The order was incorrect and that we never have ordered a Stromboli. (Doesn't even sound the same or similar) and that 2. I don't appreciate the woman yelling at my husband telling HIM what he ordered and that it was rude. He immediately begins to talk over me telling me he shouldn't have left it was a problem. I explained that we were going to just go with it but that it's completely raw. He then totally looses it yelling at me on the phone. I softly say that we will no longer be customers and that the way he treats the customers is not acceptable. He replies with "okay so WHAT everybody is still come to my restaurant." I disconnected. After some time to cool off after my last experience, some family Ily was in town and pizza and wings were the consensus. Order the food was told it would be 25-30 minutes and when ai get there after 20 everything was ready. Cashier rings me up and it's 65+ dollars for one med italian pie special, one med two topping pizza and 20 wings. Seemed high, but I grabbed the food and headed home. Get home and the pizza is cold and the menu stuffed in the bag shows that Mon-We'd the pizza are special priced. I hope the extra $20 you got was worth losing a loyal customer. read more

Italian pie Served us burned pizza Tonight was a night. First someone ran into the back of me at the light at 124 and Annistown rd and took off. yes. Hit and run . I called the police thinking there may have a camera that could have seen the incident but no such luck. I had my son and my 4 yr old grandson in the car who was hungry. So I asked my son to go order pizza from Italian Pie. We were in such a haste we did not check the pizza until we got home. It was burned at the bottom and did not look all that great at the top either. So I called and told them the pizza looks burned. He told me to come in and he would replace it. I was so tired and still on edge from the accident but we were hungry so I went back to the store. He looked at it and said nothing was wrong with the pizza and refused to give me another pizza or a refund. He said it is NY style pizza. I am from NY, I know what NY style pizza is and it is not burned at the bottom like that. It seems like they have not cleaned the oven so all the flour and whatever has burned onto the surface so that is why it is coming out like that. I order a medium pizza which I paid 30.99 for. The pizza was made incorrectly and had water sitting on top of the pizza. I asked them to correct it and just place the pizza back into the oven. The food here is really delicious. It reminds me of a New York pizza joint. I would be able to rate this location higher if I didn't see the same sanitary conditions both times I've visited. In the middle of COVID-19 twice I have come here and both times one of the girls had their masks hanging off their nose, and they're opening food containers and working around food, which potentially means droplets can get inside of our food. So if they were more diligent about how they were masks I may consider returning in the future but as of now I think our health is too important for a restaurant not to know that the mouth and nose needs to be covered to keep other safe. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The people at the Centreville location just hung up on me!!! I ordered about $25 worth of food. One of the item was a chicken Caesar salad with no chicken. Basically a large Caesar salad. I have ordered tis previously a few times and they normally take about $2 off because I get no chicken. The girl on the phone said not they could not do that. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she spoke to the manager and he said no. The I asked to speak to the Manager and I was told no, because the manager was busy. She kept saying hold on.
