Alex did my floor, said the floor was not flat enough and that I needed to pay him to make the floor flat, which I did. The job is now complete and the floor is not flat, not even close, it has peaks and valleys and less than 2 months old and the LVP is coming apart at the seams. It's going to cost me thousands to have someone come in and repair this very poor quality of work. I did ask Alex and Denise to make it right and they just gave me the run around. They have nothing but excuses and very poor integrity.

The install went well however once the surface was cleaned with alcohol by the Installers they left at which time I took pictures to send to my husband who was out of the country. I noticed scratches and foggy patches on the surface. I called and sent my photos to the company they sent the installers back 20 mins later to remedy the counter surface they used several finishes and polishes and did an adequate job making things disappear by polishing the quartz for 20 minutes. After they left the sales lady called and asked me if I had used the counters after the installers left insinuating I had made the scratches and foggy patches.. she then denies ever making the statement...my kitchen is under renovation it is unusable, to add insult to injury the owner William Out of no where rudely began bullying me over the phone concerned only about the balanced owed to him. Incensed and disgusted I hung up . There is something very wrong with this man . My husband informed the owner William that an apology was owed if we were to proceed to closing the account with a flawed counter. True to form no response. I am angry and Frustrated by the mobster type mentality practiced in this company . When I inquired about contractor pricing vs. retail, the interaction became incredibly uncomfortable. After being told I couldn't get a discount on a first order, I asked a simple follow-up about the process for setting up an account. He responded in a dismissive, condescending tone, eventually snapping, 'I'll just give you the contractor price' as if he were doing me a favor. I don't appreciate being treated with such rudeness. It felt as though he didn't believe a woman could be a General Contractor. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time here if you value professional respect.
