As a 30 year design trade practitioner, this is THE SINGLE WORST EXPERIENCE across the board on every level, an utter joke of a co. & their representative vendors. Product ordered 10/2025 with a 16 wk. delivery, made incorrectly, advised in February 2026 upon delivery after insisting they check the product. Then advised an add'l. 8 wks. would be required for (4) standard barstool bases to be made & sent. While checking in late April on status, advised by Matthew container was to arrive in 1-2 wks. Further advised in mid-May container arrived & needed to clear customs. After 10 days, Matthew failed to follow-up while his associate Nicole was out on sick leave. I have now received a call from someone new (Roxanne), only to advise another 8 wks. is required & the pieces may still be in Italy. If I could provide a 5 rating I would! Now that the owner has taken the time to respond--only to deny any accountability--I'd like to clarify a few things for anyone reading. I never made any demands. I simply reached out to ask if the company could help move a large, motorized electronic table I originally purchased from them to my new home, just 10 miles away. The response I received was that they could move it, but their team would not be responsible for any damage caused during the process. These are the same people who originally installed the product. What kind of business sends out their own installers and then refuses to stand behind their work? That's not how a reputable company operates. It felt more like an attempt to avoid responsibility rather than provide good service. Maybe if you stood behind your team and your services, you wouldn't find yourself in situations like this. Also worth noting: several items in your store are marketed as being made in Italy, when in fact they are sourced from China. I was able to find some of these same items elsewhere for a fraction of the price. Reply however you like--people see through it. The truth always stands on its own. read more

I went to Italy 2000 in search of a dining buffet. The extensive inventory was beautiful and I found exactly what I was looking for. As I considered the purchase I decided to read some online reviews of the store. After reading the bad reviews, I became concerned about doing business with the owner and his store. I cautiously went forward and discovered that the bad reviews were absolutely divergent from my experience. My interactions with Ray Matian were exceptional. His representations as to the buffet (country of manufacture, construction, etc) were absolutely honest and accurate. Ray went out of his way to satisfy me in every way; he is more than fair in his dealings, and he absolutely stands behind his product. When I requested a next day delivery and his truck was not then delivering in my area, he switched his delivery schedule to accommodate my request. From my experience, the bad online reviews are not accurate and I would never again hesitate to purchase from this store. I bought a sofa from Italy 2000 Ray was the sales person that sold me the sofa, at the beginning he was very nice to me and my husband and every thing was good. We got the sofa home and after one day 2 pieces from sofa start to peel. I called Ray to let him know and asked him to replace the 2 damage pieces. When ever we talked on the phone he was really upset on me and telling me my kids damaged the sofa and he even hung up on me. Day after his assistance called me and said that they will replace me the 2 damage pieces. After they replaced the 2 pieces a week after one of the pieces that was replace started to peel again I called Ray again and told him about it and asked to replace this piece. He claims that I damage it and my kida did it He even said that maybe someone was wearing jeans and did it (so no seating on the sofa with jeans?!?!?) My husband and I visited this store a few months ago just to browse and get some ideas about some couches specifically Italian made. Mr. Ramin ( Ray) greeted us and gave us a tour of the store . He was very kind, professional and welcoming even after we told him that we were not ready to purchase and we just wanted to get some ideas . He ,patiently, showed us a lot of beautiful options without pushing us to purchase. Last week, we decided to make a purchase. Just like a lot of people who are struggling to make a purchase with reasonable delivery time , we were facing a lot of "4 to 6 months" delivery due to Covid . As we were visiting different stores to do our due diligence , we went to a store that claimed they are Italy2000 competitors ,but with more inventory in stuck ready for delivery in a few days; only difference was that they actually misrepresented their Chinese made furnitures as Italian made. I couldn't believe that a salesperson could look into my eyes and just lie about Chinese made furnitures as Italian made. There is absolutely nothing wrong with Chinese made furnitures; however, as a consumer I have the right to know where my furnitures are made and I expect nothing but the truth. Mr. Ramin ( Ray) had the same selection in his store and I remembered he told us straight forward that particular brand was Chinese made . That's when I told my husband we should not waste anymore time and just go back to Italy2000. Today, we bought our beautiful, elegant and timeless ITALIAN MADE couches from Italy2000 and luckily we are able to get them delivered in a week.
