Let me start by saying that I could move into the Joneses and hang out there for the better part of a year and be totally happy. The space and curation itself is THAT awesome and comfy. You'll be inspired to switch up your whole decor aesthetic after just one visit! A friend recommended we check them out when we moved into a new house and our beloved couch that we'd literally had for decades... like while we were just dating... was not working in our new space. We needed a custom size and wanted the L shape to create a scenario where our family of four could curl up together and make key memories before the kids head off to college in a few years. We had never designed a couch before but definitely had some thoughts and ideas. The staff were there for it and vibed with us on it over multiple visits, calls, and emails. It was a BIG step for us and they held our hands the whole way. We must have sat on every couch there over the course of 3 visits and in the end, designed with them the PERFECT couch. Everyone was completely lovely. But here's where it gets really good. My husband wanted a low, deep, lounge style but I felt like I needed a little more stucture so we combined the styles of two couches, keeping it low and loungey but adding a second row of cushions so you or a guest can choose if you want to be laid back or more upright. It's the best of wboth worlds and completely flexible for older guests who would be swallowed up in a couch this deep. It's gorgeous... we sat down with them (on that couch!) and plotted it all out, with the L facing the right way in our house to make sense and bring the space to life. Mady hand-sketched it all up right then and there. The delivery team was so nice and lovingly unpacked the whole thing and were so sweet when I had a major brain fog moment and freaked out that they had made a mistake and designed the L facing the WRONG WAY! In quite a panic, I called the shop and reached Noa, who calmly dealt with my extreme freak out. The delivery team patiently waited for the whole thing and consoled me as I shed a few tears. Noa offered to come take a look at it IN MY HOME to assess the situation. A few days later, I'm walking through my home with them (Noa and her mom, the owner!) and we are all chatting about how it actually looks awesome in the orientation that it's in. I still had sworn that I didn't design it that way but agreed that it actually felt like I should have. They were calm, poised, creative, open, and completely invested in making sure their handmade piece felt perfect in my space. They were not aggressive nor accusatory... just there to see how best to resolve the issue, knowing that it was a custom-built piece. And they were lovely humans as well. We talked about art and design, building a business from the ground up, and the challenges with keeping a small business afloat during economic downturns and worldwide pandemics. Months later, I realized that no one made any mistakes and we actually designed it just like this, and it's been my absolute favorite thing in my home ever since. I think about this experience often, and I'm so grateful for their graceful reaction and approach. The couch itself is a standout in the space and sets the tone for the rest of our decor. It's comfortable beyond belief. It's easy to maintain, has held its shape for years now, and is easy to clean. We got it in a cream fabric, so that was a worry, but they taught us how to care for it easily! Not only does it hold our whole family, but a lot more people when the kids have friends over. It has helped shape not only our space from a design perspective but in how we interact within the space and with each other. And we get so many compliments on it. The quality and craftsmanship are unmatched. We couldn't be happier. THANK YOU! But what really stands out is that in this age of faster, cheaper, AI, and automation, this company is a family business of artisans that care deeply for the products they craft and the impact on their customers and clients. They want you to love the pieces you bring home, and they care to work with you until you do. They love art and design, so definitely take their suggestions!! Hands down, best sofa we've ever purchased! It is soooo comfortable, and it has NO "new sofa" odor! I have asthma and allergies and the "new sofa/carpet/flooring, etc" odor causes me headaches and they feel toxic. I truly believe our Joneses sofa was made with safer materials, and high quality! It's not the "least expensive" choice, but we feel reasonable and worth it. We intend to keep it for decades. You get to pick your model and fabric, with many to choose from. And, it's made locally, which is validated by it being made and delivered in less than 2 weeks! The staff is also super helpful and friendly. We desperately needed to replace a sectional sofa in our living room that had been water damaged due to a roof leak that occurred several years prior. We shopped around for quite some time but never found anything that was the correct combination of style, dimensions, material and color we wanted. After searching on line I came across The Joneses and noticed they had excellent reviews. We made an appointment and visited the store and were impressed with the wide variety of sample sofa styles and materials they had on display that we could sit in to make sure they were comfortable as well as stylish Noa and Richard assisted us in mixing and matching different design features such as opting for a plinth base and choosing materials and color schemes and making sure everything was done in the proper proportions that produced an overall finished appearance that was sleek and flowed together well. I have dealt with the Joneses through the years and have always been extremely pleased with the fabrics, selection and design choices. Each sofa has been beautiful and durable through my dogs using the back cushions as their favorite napping spot. When the dirty fabrics/sofa have needed to be cleaned, the comment is how "it should last for a long time"- only problem is that I like a change from time to time. So it was no surprise that I found myself purchasing my 3rd sectional a couple of weeks ago from Gianpaolo. It's beautiful and fits my living room perfectly. My dog has even gone from crushing the back cushions to her own side of the couch - a miracle. Gianpaolo was so helpful and even delivered some matching cushions to my home. I'm sorry to say that I won't need to go back for a while. He really had a good eye, and we even found lighting to upgrade the area. It truly was a pleasant find with so many choices. Another perk was the parking. Next door is a market or accessories store. We spent quite a bit of time chatting with Lizette, and we had such a nice time between the two stores that we got a late lunch and called it a day. What a lovely way to spend a Sunday! Very nice and made good suggestions. Patient. Knowledgeable. Beautiful store! Beautiful furniture pieces/couches. So many beautiful pieces I'm having a hard time choosing the style of couch I/we want and fabric. So many fabrics to chose from! I know we will be back. Joneses LA have a great custom concept but be very cautious of the Warranty they offer as they define the "Terms and Conditions" as they see fit (false sense of security). Purchased a leather couch from Joneses, and after a couple of years the material started cracking and separating from the seams after limited use (see photos). When contacted, Joneses condescendingly informed me that the Warranty doesn't cover it, but offered to create a new couch for roughly the same amount that I originally paid. As a consumer, why would I continue to spend good money with a company that wont stand behind their finished products? Complete Frauds - Warranty is a joke - No credibility or integrity on inferior products they peddle out of their showroom in Beverly Hills. Be Warned. read more

This place is the best. Everyone is super helpful and knows their stuff. I went there for a custom sofa with pretty specific dimensions for my living room space. Adam did a great job helping me find a sofa style comparable to what I wanted that could be easily customized to my dimensions. The sofa was ready in just over a week (pretty unheard of for custom furniture orders, even in terms of local builders) and it's beautiful. The owner of Joneses reached out regarding the wear and tear of our couch (see below). They have shown excellent customer service in trying to remediate the issue. I will update following a resolution. Update: I wanted to update my review after owning the couch & chair for 3 years. It has not held up well. The fabric is very worn in areas, the cushions/seating have sinked in and the button tufting is coming undone. If I remember correctly there is a lifetime warranty on their button tufting- but it should not be coming undone after 3 years. Especially for price we paid. Unfortunately we no longer live in the LA area and can't act on the warranty. I can no longer recommend this place- I expected higher quality for our furniture items. We just had our new Chesterfield couch and chair delivered and it looks absolutely beautiful! Josh and Johnny were wonderful in helping us. I was really struggling with fabric type and color and Josh was patient and very helpful in the decision making process. Delivery time was only 1 1/2 weeks for our custom couch which is truly amazing compared to all of the other big box stores and even other small stores we had visited. Having owned this couch for half a year now, I feel like I'm ready to leave some truthful feedback on my experience with The Joneses. Firstly, I want to point out I had a pleasant experience visiting The Joneses in order to purchase our couch. We were helped by the seemingly friendly staff at the time and decided upon the proper cushioning, fabrics and style of the couch we would buy. We made the purchase upon our initial visit and the couch was scheduled for delivery a month later. This is when the nightmare began. A few days prior to the delivery of the furniture to our downtown apartment, we were notified that we had to cough up an additional $100-$200 for the insurance fee that the moving company required in order to deliver to a high rise apartment in DTLA. Not only did The Joneses not disclose this extra charge, the sales rep (a man with an accent, I do not recall his name) was extremely rude about it and blamed us over the phone for not knowing about this moving insurance fee. I told him we did not have the funds and had to think of a solution offline. He was totally unhelpful and merely blamed my girlfriend and I for our shortcoming. We ended up resolving this issue later because we were smart enough to increase our renters insurance coverage by $20 to cover the insurance policy (no thanks to The Joneses). The purchasing experience was already tarnished. Fast forward half a year and I have to say we are extremely displeased with this couch. Out of everything I spend my money on, and it's a lot of things, this couch was my most regretful purchase. It's uncomfortable and brings out my back pain and it's poorly designed and expensive. I wish I could take it back to The Joneses to get it redone but I doubt their customer support would be helpful or sympathetic to the pain this couch has caused my back. If only had I never stepped foot into The Joneses and made this regretful purchase my life would be better today. read more

I have never had such an easy and delightful experience furniture shopping as I did here. Adam was quick to help my bf and I in our sectional needs, we found the exact couch we wanted and he was able to present multiple choices in fabrics and colors. We chose the perfect shade and opted to get the marble table as well since it fit so perfectly with the display. Adam estimated 2 weeks for the assembly and delivery (which is insane, I've never been able to get furniture that quickly) and what do you know he calls me 11 days later saying that it can be delivered in 2 days! However, I trust the process and was happy with the outcome. My only qualms about it is that the area I frequently sit on already has wrinkles on it, so I just cover it with a blanket and pillows. Since then we've received the couch with fairly reasonable shipping cost considering and absolutely love it. So much better quality than our prior couch. Better quality fabric, liquid resistant finish, durable and extremely comfortable cushion, custom dimensions.... We'll be sure to love it for years to come!
