I came to you in a very vulnerable moment, suffering horribly from SIBO overgrowth & colon infections. Without even testing me to see which type of SIBO I had you pushed a hazardous vitamin protocol that made me very ill. All informed physicians/ chiropractors know you don't feed/treat SIBO overgrowth with a garlic supplement. That protocol fed my SIBO for two weeks with those pills you prescribed before my pcp pulled me off after realizing what you had given me. You implied that somebody like me couldn't afford a prescription antibiotic to kill SIBO that could cost up to $2500.. sorry, your insurance may not cover it- but mine did. Here I am, almost a year later still trying to fix the extra damage you caused to my gut & body with dangerous vitamins. You pushed a hormone vitamin that I did not need, again without any sort of testing. Along with an all natural anxiety medication that made my anxiety worse. You claim to help with nutrition but didn't give me a lick of information or even speak me further about it. I'm assuming the nutrition part would have come in the form of some powder supplement detox program. I trusted you so much in what you said that I referred my husband. We both stopped coming in the middle of treatment after realizing how much more sick you had made me. You or none of your staff reached out to see why we stopped coming or to check in on how I was doing in the middle of a treatment you sold me for over $400. But you did call quickly about a $40 balance. This is after you had collected nearly most of my husband's yearly deductible. You got SO much money out of us. I will never forget my first visit- as she was sitting there listening to my current vitamin list, the chiropractor looked up at me and said that not all vitamins are created the same, then went on to share you only trust one particular company. Then was asked if I wanted a quick fix or a deeper dive. Then was told the protocol would be provided by the vitamin manufacturer. I should have ran. It took nearly 3 weeks for before any sort of protocol was provided to me. Once again, if patients were valued by this practice, somebody would have called. Bottom line, SIBO treatment should be left up to functional medicine doctors, MD's. You are a good chiropractor, and perhaps that is what would should stick to doing. You are going to seriously hurt or kill someone with the supplements you push without proper testing. I have never felt so scammed before in my life! The pressure was none and she never asked me anything about my preference. I booked a 60 minute massage and I only received a 47 minute session so I'm currently sitting in my rental car writing this review as I cry real tears for a bad start of my birthday. I was amazed at how my body fared in comparison to others. I was shown techniques & given simple tips to improve my overall health. Yareli really pushed me to evaluate how I can better take care of myself. Regular massages covered by insurance would be an added bonus. Definitely looking forward to more massages with Yareli!
