Since I cannot take any NSAIDS and am resistant to opiates, this little device has enabled me to do more than I have in 25+ years! There are even times I can turn it off for a day or so!! My original evaluation went well and I was looking forward with moving forward. Back to the drawing board. They really need to get the insurance squared away before making appointments. Edit: As far as transparency goes, another clinic verify insurance from the start. I had the consultation on a Thursday and when I returned on Monday for PT I was not informed that I was not in network until I questioned the higher copay. I should have been contacted by them once they knew I was not in network. One of the doctors commented about covered injections I would be paying out of pocket. I'm reaching out to another similar company and they will check on coverage from the start.
