Okay, when I say…read morefix my phone, I am simply refering to replacing the Camera lens, namely because it has cracked (I tend to be quite a butter fingers at times), and it was, well, needing replacement. They did it, and they certainly did a pretty good job as well. It really wasn't all that pricey, and it got done pretty quickly as well. Yeah, this place certainly did its job, though of course, my requirement wasn't all that difficult, but at least they got it done.

I was referred to this place by a friend who has her paperwork printed for her business here. She…read moresaid they were a good deal but not very "on the ball". She was very honest in that respect. In dealing with them, I can honestly say that if it wasn't a good deal, I'm not sure if I'd use them again. When trying to get a quote for something I needed printed, it took about a week to get it (was only needing a small amount printed so I'm guessing the priority on their list wasn't too important). When I called to follow up and the person that was responsible for my quote wasn't in, I could even get a status on it. To me, if you're working on quotes, they should be accessible to anyone in the building in case you aren't there, but then again that would be efficient and help a customer. When I finally got the quote and agreed on the pricing, I was told that they would be ready in 4-5 days and someone would contact me to let me know. Needless to say, it had been two weeks before I sent them a message asking if they were ready. I did get a reply stating that they were but if someone says they are going to call me and let me know, I expect a phone call. When going to pick this order up, I couldn't find the entrance to the place. There's nothing out in St Kilda Rd stating that you have to go down Slater Street and that's how you get in, although there is a lovely Cafe Promenade out the front of the building. No signage actually makes it a bit difficult for customers I'm guessing. I was using my google maps to try and locate where the building was and it kept letting me know I had gone past it but couldn't find the entrance. I then had to call (and feeling really stupid since I was out the front) and speak with Andy to find out where it was. Shouldn't there be a sign out the front letting people know? Just a thought. They are really nice there but not very fast or efficient. I guess if I had a bigger order then I would be more of a priority but because they only made $100 off of me, I must not be too important. I'll probably continue to go there because I'm a creature of habit and once you get your stuff at one place it's just easier to re-order but I was still a bit disappointed in the lack of interest.

Within in half an hour I'd been given an affordable quote, had approved a printing proof and had sent them off to be printed. Speedy! I picked them up the next day to save the delivery fee (which was already small) and was truly impressed by the quality. Definitely recommend Impact Digital for all those printing odd jobs - posters, lanyards, business cards - all that stuff that always ends up taking longer than it should.
