I called several people about repair cost and ALL but PIT told me I'd have to bring it in and stated there would be a price for the inspection. Tracey from PIT quoted me over the phone after giving her the model number. She told me this price over the phone was a guesstimate but it gave me a ballpark to work with. I sat on that knowledge for several more months and decided to just do it, but because it had been so long I had forgotten what shop I had called. So, I got on Google reviews and called the first shop that came up; the man who answered was extremely short with me and disrespectful when I explained that I had been given a quote earlier. I am SO GLAD I followed my instinct and continued calling. AS SOON AS Tracey answered I knew it was the RIGHT place! Soooo, I was told it'd be probably a week after drop off, which made me laugh because what was another week? I dropped it off on a Wednesday, she called later and gave me the price after they checked it out, I approved it and BAMMM, I picked it up on Friday. Only one full day of wait time. This PIT Computers Inc, yeah...quick, efficient, friendly, and all at a GREAT price! What more could a customer want? The service is top notch! I'll never go anywhere else.
