FedEx is the worst! Last year I had a package delivered from overseas and the driver backed down…read moremy driveway and hit the gazebo we built for the kids waiting for the bus. I got the run around a lot and finally talked to a person and sent video proving it was the driver. NEVER HEARD BACK and couldn't ever speak to a person again about it. This week I had a package being delivered by FedEx (you don't know who the retailer uses until after you order) and it was late, so I checked - it says delivered 4 days ago. I gave the address of my Post Office because that is the address the Post Office (USPS) makes me use. FedEx says delivered - Post Office says "they don't deliver here". Spoke with a person at FedEx and they said only the shipper can file a claim. So, I will NEVER receive this package! And, not knowing it until after ordering, I have a 2nd package that was shipped FedEx - what do you suppose the odds are I will receive that one? I'm going to start screening my retailers before ordering - FedEx? Nope, sorry I'll buy elsewhere! Terrible company IMHO!
