My husband and I hired them to replace a concrete porch in 2018. They did the job but since then a…read moreHUGE mistake was uncovered. They poured the new concrete porch pad ON an existing sidewalk. Now we have a pop up sidewalk, which among other things, is a serious safety hazard. Long story short...they do not stand by their work at all. We filed a complaint with WV Better Business Bureau with photos; Bowsers refused to acknowledge it. We paid $13000 for the porch and they want another $5000 to fix their mistake. BBB closed the complaint because they refused to answer.
