Called a couple of places and finally decided to go to Capital Auto Glass even if it's a couple of miles out of our way. I always subscribed to the adage of never judge a book by its cover. It doesn't have a regular waiting area so if you decide to just drop off the car it's a choice but we also saw a couple of guys that were sitting cozily out while chatting with each other holding mugs of coffee and they all looked like customers to me. When they got done with our car, they called us that it's ready for pick up. We're pretty happy with their work. Then I found out that they also work on car windows and they quoted me the price, pretty reasonable which includes the parts and the labor. They also informed me before hand that it will take a couple of days to get the parts, no biggie. We are very patient people so this does not bug us at all. However, they called a couple of days later to just let us know that it'll be delayed but we already expected it because we're aware of the supply-chain breakdown situation that has been hitting some sectors especially in the automotive industry. Bryan didn't try to upsell us anything, he helped us solve the problem with the most cost effective solution. So he is putting himself into our shoe and that is what makes a customer come back and become loyal, the business integrity and credibility. Bryan and his team (Jordan and Cody) are awesome. The lady who answers the phone is very friendly and professional. We found another gem in this place. It can be hard to find a business place where you wanted to have lasting relationship when you are new in the area but we found this one. Their business place is located at the top of the hill so you will have to pay close attention to where you need to turn.

A guy who worked there (I think his name was Brandon or Brad I don't remember) helped me jump the car, and then after finishing the Krown treatment he helped me find and install a replacement battery at no extra charge. I recently moved to the area and had my first car breakdown ever; accelerator stopped working. I had no idea how to get my car to a shop or what could be wrong -- I just needed to be able to commute to work hopefully soon. I tried two other shops before trying Bob's, one where I had to leave a message and they never got back to me, and another where they could only start working on my vehicle two days after it arrived. That wouldn't cut it. I was relieved to have Bob answer the phone, understand my urgency, and even have a tow truck available to pick up my car from my neighborhood lot. I was able to have my insurance arrange the delivery, though, and before the end of the day I had a diagnosis about a battery and alternator swap. The next day, the work was complete, and he offered to pick me up and bring me to his garage to fill out the paperwork. Sure enough, my car rolled up the next morning with Bob in the driver's seat.
