The worst part was administration of lidocaine and a few injections for removal of spider veins...but thatlasteonly a few seconds. He constantly asks how you are doing. Sue, the office administrator, is so friendly and welcoming. I am so glad a friend recommended him. Trimor didn't say a word when she was examining her ears other than that she needed a hearing aid and she'd call us about more info. After waiting for months of no info or call back, my father-in-law took her to a different doctor. He told my father-in-law that there was just wax buildup and cleaned it out that day. After 6 mos of being deaf, my grandma can finally hear. I seriously have no idea how this woman still has her license. She clearly has no idea what she's doing.
