At first, communication was good and promises were made (imagine that?!!!). Then, they started work before a contract was signed and before insurance money came in. After many delays, broken promises, and questionable methods, the communication just stopped. Calls were not returned for days after deadlines were not met, they were caught in lies about why documentation wasn't being finalized, and they had no idea how to deal with insurance companies...that was obvious. Once the decision was made to fire them, one of their two main guys got really personal. He started making empty threats, saying my home was nothing to the jobs he normally does, and then the name calling started...so unprofessional that I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Do yourself a favor, never hire these guys...they are arrogant with nothing to back it up. They are hustlers, shakers, and liars with no idea what integrity is. I am so glad that I fire them when I did, because I was able to bring in a real contractor who acts professional, communicates well and often, hires employees with integrity, and their workmanship was awesome! These are things you will never get from Malibu Pacific Tennis Courts.
