The person I spoke to said to come on in and speak to the repair tech in half hour cause they were on lunch. I stopped by the next day to get the pad and was told they wont sell the pad and Id have to pay for them to do the repair. What a waste of time. Id definitely recommend going anywhere belt here for your musical instrument needs.
