We bought a Pacific Sunset from them three years ago. It's a wonderful tree with a reputation for gorgeous colors in the fall. Marlee's and her team was spot on from installation of the tree - guiding us to get the old tree stump properly removed to giving us insights on when our new tree would show its colors (takes a few years for this tree to reach its color potential). We've had our trees a few months now and they look great. They're growing like crazy after all the rain we've gotten, and they look generally healthy. The owner was knowledgeable and very helpful with picking out the trees, and worked with me on finding the correct number to provide the amount of privacy that we wanted. They planted 15 Arborvitae in half a day, and left the yard in really good condition considering what had gone down back there. We are quite happy with iTrees and would highly recommend them. What a phenomenal company! I needed to buy a tree to be planted at a West Leyden High School in memory of my husband, and it is scary to trust a company to choose a beautiful tree - sight-unseen. We had a beautiful 3" caliper crabapple installed last fall and it is stunning this Spring. It was fun to go to Morris and talk to Chris about the different varieties. We were then able to go out and pick our tree out in the nursery. The two men who delivered and planted our tree were great, knowledgeable and very neat. This company hires brain dead hoodlums to come out and do your tree installs. The owner is just as stupid and ignorant as the employee's. She knows there was a problem with their install crew when I asked for the owner. That would explain why she was so evasive on the phone. They came by and parked in the middle of a busy street to plant their trees. Plenty of parking 60 feet around the corner on the side, or close to the curb on either side but they chose the middle of the street. What complete idiots ! While they were digging the hole for 30 minutes there was no need for the truck to park there while the moron with the shovel dug the hole. Meantime, traffic is backing up, irritated drivers who are all local residents are honking their horns. These guys had the balls to yell at the residents "fxxk off, backup or go around we're planting trees here''. I wish i could post the security camera footage along with this review so everyone can see how ignorantly this company handles themselves. Perhaps that will go on another site. There is no place in today's society that anyone has to take this kind of abuse from any company. I blame the company because the employees that they hire are representing the company. I suggest that you look elsewhere for tree service. I mean, who cannot comprehend the basic concept of parking a service vehicle while you dig a hole by hand.
