We spoke on the phone, she sent me a contract so despite my initial concern she seemed genuine. Little did I know she would rip me off, not show up to my engagement party and then stop responding. I know I won't get my money back because people like her are the cockroaches of society. I just want you all to know who she is and make sure you do NOT book with her.

On the day of the event the wrong tent was sent and they had to get something else. Not enough chairs were sent plus not all the table covers were there. Also wine and water glasses were even sent or written down on there invoice. I did confirm everything before the event but still things were not done correctly. We had to go personally ourselves in order to fix the problem. When it came time to pick everything up that was done promptly.

Tiki hut bars, pop up tents of various sizes, cotton candy machines, ice tables, and more and more - check their website. The store is located just off of Mavis, if you know where Metal Works Studios is, it's basically to the rear of that parking lot. As for the process, smooth and simple. The staff helped coordinate everything I needed over the phone and vial email. On pick up day they were ready a day before, on drop off day they came to my car and helped me unload in about 5 minutes and we were done. I don't throw many parties in my personal life but when I do from now on... I'm taking ACTION!

Ryan returned my call, I told him what I needed and he said that he had a tent for me and would send someone to check out our deck. I explained that we were going away camping for two weeks with very limited access to the internet. He said that wasn't a problem and that he would put aside a tent for us. He did send someone to check out the space for the tent and all was well. He wrote to say it would work. I immediately responded and told him to let me know how we could put a deposit down. He replied by email that I could call him with the credit card information or fill in the online form. The later would not work as we were camping so I phoned and left two or three voice messages giving him the Visa info. I did not want to do it all in one phone call as I felt uncomfortable with that. I also went to a place with Internet and wrote and told him that I had left a voice message with all the info and to please email me and let me know that he had received the necessary information needed for the deposit. On coming home I repeatedly phoned and emailed to see if we did have the tent. I left messages saying that I was really getting concerned as this was a post wedding brunch for my daughter and that I needed to know. I never was given the courtesy of a response which I find to be very unprofessional. If he had just let me know where we stood then I would not have written this review. I am wondering if the company is still in existence or if something has happened to Ryan. They have two phone numbers. I tried them both but the voice message on both number numbers was Ryan. We ended up getting the tent from another company in a fast,professional manner. Too many companies renting tents to put up with unprofessional, cavalier treatment offered by Action Party Rental.
