They even asked the sous chef to make sure the presentation was excellent; he didn't disappoint. Their menu changes seasonally. I ordered the following: 1. Coke ($). 2. Tempura Shrimp ($27). 3. Crispy Duck Leg Confit & Breast ($46). 4. Saskatoon Berry Cheesecake ($14). The Tempura Shrimp were tiger shrimp and were so plump, each about 1 inch diameter at the widest end! They were de-shelled and tempura battered. There were orange slices (orange), avocado slices (green), and chili slices (red), making the dish colourful. The Crispy Duck came with a leg and sliced breast portions. Accompanying them were tamarillo, sunchoke puree, bordelaise, dried kale chips, berry gastrique, and chopped candied pecans. All the ingredients worked well together, with mixtures of savoury and sweet tastes. The Cheesecake was amazing. The cheesecake itself was an upside-down half sphere. It was soft; I prefer that over the typical firm cake. There were miniature dried berries on top, along with a ruby chocolate sauce, and a sliced of dried red beet. Surrounding it was a soft marshmallow meringue which was lightly torched. The colour theme was red and white with a touch of dark blue. Daimon, the sous chef, plated everything expertly for me. There is plenty of indoor seating, of which one side has a view of the lake. There is lively music playing in the background. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms. There is free street parking on weekends on a street running north of the restaurant. There is also a paid parking lot next to the restaurant. I located Kerry's party for less and called to speak with Kerry directly, her personality is contagious and uplifting with a happy tone with such sincere dedicated towards her business she certainly is passionate about. I ordered a number of balloons with great direction from Kerry's recommendations that were exceptional to meet my expectations. Kerry delivered the balloons herself to set the balloons up in the various areas we discussed adjusting them throughout the home in preparation for my daughters Shower. The stunning room with antique wood floors, gorgeous tall windows and exposed brick on the first floor accommodated the 70+ guests we had over the course of the evening very well. The programming included a raffle, vendors, bands, performances, discussions and film screenings. It was a successful evening and guests commented on the beauty and warm of the space and event. I would highly recommend this space for special events. I overheard guests commenting how they'd love to host their wedding in the gorgeous space. I would love to host another event here in the future.

The taste was good, but the croissant was quite dry. I probably wouldn't order it again, but wouldn't be opposed to trying other food options, as they all looked great. Overall, the Pearle is our go-to coffee spot. Weekends are busy (as expected), so you might have to wait for a table on your Saturday/Sunday's.
