Wow!! The Pearle hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We already knew it was a nice place before our visit, but we were still pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room decor could be described as contemporary lake house. We received a gorgeous room with a lakeside view, and it was one of the cleanest / nicest in recent memory... there was ZERO grime on any of the wipes used during our initial routine disinfection. Mad props to the housekeeping team!! I also really love the small details taken by the hotel. Some examples: - their beautiful pieces of artwork - choice of room furnishings (e.g., the little matching wooden nightstand lamp was so cute... and I don't even like lampshades in general) - under-bed lighting so that you don't need to turn on any main room lights when going to the washroom in the middle of the night... so cool and thoughtful - carafes in each room for the filtered water dispenser in the hallway so you don't need to buy your own water The staff members at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. All hotels should follow their lead as exemplary examples for customer service! We did not try the spa located above the lobby, so I cannot comment on that aspect of the hotel, but I've heard good things about it. The Pearle Hotel is part of the Marriott group, but for those with Marriott loyalty status, please note there is no lounge / pantry (Delta) for members since most Marriott hotels at this level have one. It was our only minor disappointment upon check-in... it definitely won't stop us from staying here again! Can't wait to go back!

I truly can't say enough about our stay at the Pearle! Upon arriving, the valet gentleman was very nice. Walking in, the lobby was very clean and inviting. We arrived a few hours before check in the and the room was ready for us. The gal at the front desk was very pleasant as well. The postcards by the elevator are a really cute touch, love little details like that. The room was perfectly clean. Whenever traveling we always bring lysol wipes to wipe to wipe down hotel rooms for added peace of mind but after doing so, realized that was not even necessary. The room layout was lovely and the design was well thought out which we appreciate. The lake view was stunning as well. We had a massage at the spa which was very relaxing. The spa in itself is beautiful and exactly what you want a spa to look like. My husband enjoyed a dip in the pool as well. We went to the cafe after and had some pizza and green juice. The cafe is very light and bright and the pizza was really good! After that we relaxed in the room for a while before heading to dinner at Isabelle. Our server was so friendly and the food was phenomenal. The restaurant overlooks the lake and we saw a beautiful sunset. We had the Whipped Feta, Hamachi Crudo, Grilled Octopus, Malfatti, and Charred Broccoli. I wish we had room for dessert because everything sounded amazing but that just means we will have to go back soon! Everything was super fresh and flavorful and we were impressed and happy. After dinner we took a walk by the water and around the town. It was very peaceful. They also provide a turndown service so when we arrived back to our room it was tidied up with fresh water and ice which was really nice. The bed was soft and comfy and the pillows were plush. The next morning we went to check out the cafe for breakfast thinking we would probably end up back at Isabelles. But the cafe had breakfast sandwiches, wraps, yogurt and chia pudding with fresh berries, coffee, and juices. It was the perfect breakfast for us. Overall, we rate our experience 10/10 and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a little getaway or to celebrate a special occasion. 1 night was the perfect stay for us and would love to return even for just the spa or dinner.

I was in town for a business meeting and was so fortunate to stay here at the Pearle. From the moment I arrived, with Shane greeting me at registration (and every time I went by there), and every staff interaction, this was a memorable stay. My room was contemporary, while still comfortably cozy, with all of the luxury conveniences you'd hope for in a high-end hotel. My in-room breakfast, berries with yogurt and granola, was fresh and delicious. Next time I'm in Burlington, I'll be back.

Wonderful place, not enough parking for checkin and checkout. The restaurant was beautiful and the pool was quiet.

Food under cooked, very limited options. NO MAID SERVICE For 4 DAYS. Even though multiple request were made daily. The Management we spoke to each time only wanted to blame other shift workers for problems. Stains and holes on bedding. Went to front desk only to be given another blanket that was tattered and had holes. Absolutely zero accountability for the problems we experienced. Only perk was the free parking. We had a total of 3 rooms and similar problems arose in each one. Lessoned learned.... next time I will stick with a Marriott or Choice chain for comfort. Do a better job...... you guys are in the hospitality business after all!

From 7-12:30 there was a party next door (room 124) I called front desk, she'd put me on hold without a word (I could hear for the first time) I called 7 times with no response, I walked to front desk while calling on my cell, I watched her put it on hold. I told her about the kids, she said she's been busy to pick up phone. The 2 women she was chatting with said it's probably their group. no promises to keep the kids in line or an apology, just entitled grins. I called a few times after 10pm, she said she would talk to party people. She didn't (I could hear everything) The next few times I called a male attendant answered, said will take care of it but only called them after my 3rd call with him. Now the party moved to other side of my room into the stairwell. It got a lot louder and it lasted to around 12:30am. Then at 2am the snowplough came and woke me. I find the response of staff beyond inadequate and frankly, by allowing the inconsiderate behaviour of these kids groups, you are feeding into their behaviour. I will not be returning or recommending this place.

Waterfront Hotel Downtown Burlington - Huge bubble under wallpaper above bed. And they want $210 a night... I've stayed in cheaper motels that were nicer.

While it is not his fault that there was an incident, the method in which the situation was handled was not only disrespectful but was also insulting.  I asked to speak to a manager, in which I was refused and there was additional laughter from the front desk employee.  Only after insistence and indication that I was traveling on business was I offered any options for rectification.  This is a subpar experience.  This situation should have been handled more appropriately with training and coaching of front desk employees.  I would not recommend this hotel for any amount of stay.

The food was just ok - they served sandwiches on one day and tacos the second day. The breakfast pastries were not fresh. The paid parking meters are a bit complicated - it listed $17 for a certain time frame but you can only pay in $5, $10, $20 increments. I ended up paying twice because I accidentally selected $15 and it automatically charged me without confirmation.

For the price, I wiuld definitely recommend this inn. Pros: - Price was the best in comparison to all other hotels / motels / inns in the area. It was on the same level as many hotel I have been to - The rooms are very clean and had a comfortable vibe to it. All outlets and lights were working which was great! - The area is not too bad depending on what you want to do. Around a 30 minute walk to the Burlington shopping mall in one direction, a 30 minute walk to an assortment of stores and residential areas in the other. - Hotel stay comes with free breakfast and parking (They even have charging stations for hybrids / electric vehicles) Cons: - The breakfast was very basic: eggs, fruits, toast / pancakes, cereal and yogurt. The only issue was that on the 3rd day, the breakfast area smelled terrible! - Not many things to do at the hotel. They only have a fitness room and a breakfast area (closes at 10am). - The back entrance and stair area can be shady. The outside door is not locked so anyone could come in to the hotel.

Unfortunately some negatives, such as cleanliness. Our room was dusty with our stove top fan filter caked in dust, with other areas such as top of lights looked to never been dusted. We also had our room cleaned once during our week stay and they barely hand washed the dishes, still dirty and left them drying there which was odd. Should have had new clean dishes put away. Our shower also leaked and you could hear water dripping when using the sink as well. Rooms need more maintenance. We also found the front desk to be unmanned quite often, for long periods of time which was frustrating and somewhat concerning from a security stand point. This place has potential, just needs better cleaning, better maintenance and consistent staff at the front.

Social distancing, hand santizing and masks took place during checking in. Heading towards elevators was nice, esthetics and all. Got to our first room, open the curtains and I saw nasty bits of ashes or something and a dead bug by the window. On top of that, view was probably an air conditioner. Ew and nope. So, we got another room. We came armed with gloves, Lysol wipes, Lysol spray and 99% isopropyl alcohol. After wiping and spraying everything, we felt close to being comfortable and relaxed. But, I must say my kids found a bottle of lube side of the sofa. OMG. Would I return or recommend this hotel? No.
