I got my half ton pick-up windows tinted with ceramic to deal with the heat a bit better. Staff was very friendly and very responsive. Even though it was not a huge job, they made me feel important. The resultant product was great and believe they did a very through job. The only thing was value, maybe it's the product, but quoted prices were the highest in the area (Vida[3M] and Auto Skinz [XPEL] were both lower). I was advised that it's more important the installer and their abilities vice the product you pick (Kavaca, XPEL, Suntek, 3M, etc.). Have no basis of comparison (yet), but maybe they are just the best installers in the area? read more

While ItsAWrap's reputation for quality is already well known -- I could not have been more impressed with their work and the service I received. This year I purchased a new vehicle. I have always been one who enjoys taking care & detailing their own car however, I know my schedule does not always allow me to do so. That being said after reaching out and speaking to the team, I decided to swing by ItsAWrap. There, Jordan took the time to thoroughly look over my vehicle and give me his honest opinion on what products/services would be in my best interest to ensure my car was protected and looking at its best. I had them apply a ceramic coat as well as install PPF to the critical areas of my car. The team frequently checked in, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I could not be happier with the results! The paint looks unreal and the PPF's install is textbook perfect as the seams and edges are seemingly non-existent. I had a hard time taking it out of the garage after the exceptional work they had done. Everyone at the shop is very professional and goes above and beyond to surpass their customers' expectations. There are hundreds of detail/vinyl shops all over the place, spare yourself the wasted time and go somewhere else. I have a lot to say about the this business, being a young entrepreneur myself i'm not one to bash a business but i feel i was taken advantage of and completely ripped off. Last year I brought my 2014 grand cherokee in to get ceramic pro gold package (20year warranty) and although the car looked good upon pickup (swirl scratches were buffed out/ paint correction was done well) yet after having the vehicle back in my possession i was noticing i just wasn't getting the same hydrophobic action i see on ceramic pros instagram and in all the videos about the product. While my jeep was there they had some very expensive high end vehicles they were working on as well and i feel that because i had a 20k jeep and not a 100k+ car that it wasn't shown the love it should have. I actually reached out to ceramic pro in regards to this seeing if anything could be done last year and i have proof so it's not like i'm just making this shit up. (photo of messages posted below). Anyways i didn't make a big stink about it because the overall appearance of the vehicle was good and i just hoped it was coated properly. Anyways a year goes by and i contact it's a wrap for my annual inspection and to recoat my hood and quarter panel as some damage was caused and it was repainted which meant it needed to be recoated. We planned to have them recoat those areas as well as do my annual inspection, and a full premium interior detail and engine bay detail. The guys told me they would need the car for about a week, i told them please take your time and do everything properly if you need more time that's ok...keep it and get it done right. They used every second of two full weeks, on day 14 i pick up my vehicle and WHAT A DISASTER! terrible business men. i immediately noticed my engine bay hadn't been touched and that they overcharged me by $200 by accident (photos posted) and i said something to them while i was there.. they offered to finish it right then on the spot... out of anger i said no, i'm not standing here while you do what should have been done while you had my car for TWO WEEKS! So i left and later called to speak to the owner about the issues. Mind you i traveled 3 hours to bring my car here, took trains and got rides from friends to make this happen and to bring my business to them... he said he would refund me for the engine bay detail and for what he over charged me. i said whatever and he issued me and mailed me a check. upon arriving at home after driving three hours i really gave the truck a look through and these guys didn't do anything they were supposed to and left a mess all in my truck! photos posted! They left scrap vinyl stuck to my trunk, there was sand from a previous camping trip (the whole reason i got a premium detail) all over the place still, they left a detail brush in my back seat (probably thought about detailing it but set down the tools and walked away instead). Carpets were not shampooed. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO WAS DONE! On top of that, i had my wheels powder coated about 6months after i got my ceramic coat done and they didn't mention a single thing about the coat not holding up on my wheels during the inspection! which means they didn't inspect shit! because if they did they would have said hey dave your wheels have zero ceramic on them what's up? these are car guys, not business guys. it's very clear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I can't believe i have these guys as much money as i did and i can't imagine how many other poor customers have been taken advantage of as well. They care more about social media clout and looking pretty behind a lense than they do about the quality of work they put out. it's very sad. if i could give zero stars i would. stay away, just go somewhere else. Unless you have a ferrari, lamborghini or a commercial vehicle they can use to flex on social media, your car will not get the love it deserves. check photos!! read more

Used to be my only place before the split of owners. Now my rear window decal is bad a 3rd time, coming apart peeling and needs redone. This was all under a year. I was told it was too cold and so on but i've went to Vida Bottega where the other owner went and started with amazing results. I had my motorcycle done at Vida during a freeze and it's amazing! This was to place to go, now it's Vida Bottega. Here want's my truck for days but won't pay fr all the Lyft drives I would need to get back and fourth to work. It would cost me as much in rides as paying someone else to do the work. I could even get a ride from Vida. I do not see this place lasting with Vida taking over this market. read more

I have never been so disappointed in my life. I read through every review before I chose these guys... why?? Because my car cost 118,000.00 and I wanted it taken care of by THE BEST!! Boy, was I ever wrong!! SOOOOOO WRONG!!! I now believe that EVERY review on here must be from these guys friends... I've never been treated to horribly by an established business. Numerous calls, went in twice and talked to them, a couple of emails... "we can't do it", "we don't have enough knowledge", "we're barely a detail company" and then they said they wanted to graphic up my car too... I could literally NEVER take my car here. Between the two of these guys there might be a brain between the two of em but I doubt it... The Trent dude is an epic douche! Now, Im off to Chicago where I'm CERTAIN I can find someone who knows what the heck they are doing.
