I have been using their services for merely half a year. I started with express detailing and now got the level 2 ceramic coating. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Not only they provided me with awesome services, but also educate you with the product which they are using. Plus how you should take care of your vehicle when you want to take care of it on your own. See photo below for the email conversation I had with the service manager. Now, when it comes to service quality, this is way better than anything else I have seen in the town. Don't damage your paint and coating with express auto-wash at the gas station or other places done by machine. With professional 2 bucket method and chemical guy products, I totally trust in what they do. I'll add more pictures later if I get time. The only thing I would hope to add in for the service page is to let us schedule service 30 days in front of time rather than a 2-week short time window. Other than that, I vouch for their service! I was looking for a place to get a quick hand wash around the Champaign area. Through the internet I found UI auto club car and gave them a call to see if I could bring in my car for a quick wash on a Saturday morning. The guy on the phone said they were booked up with work but would check to see if he could fit me in. I got a call a few minutes later and was that they could get my car washed if I came over. So I did! When I pulled up I was greeted, was taken into a nice lounge with fresh coffee and donuts available, and a nice gentleman began working on my car right away. While my car was being washed I spoke with an employee that was doing work on another car inside the shop. I was amazed by how many services they can perform and offer! At the end my car came out nice, clean, and in a timely manner. At the end when I was paying I found out that the owner actually washed my car himself! Now that is customer service. The team down at the UI auto car club were professional, did good work, and I will definitely be back again for my next car wash. read more

I tried UI Auto Club this week. I was very satisfied with their service. The staff was professional and they were on schedule with my detailing appointment. Excellent work on my vehicle! These guys know what they are doing. There is a comfy waiting room where you can watch them work on your car thru a window if you like. The room is nicely appointed and has a TV, microwave and fridge with cold water for customers. Waiting while your vehicle is serviced is usually something to just 'deal with.' UI Auto Club has free WiFi and a clean restroom, so if you have to wait there, it is actually quite a pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this business. read more

I cannot praise the two young men who cleaned my car this morning enough. I was very frazzled because my daughter had vomited in the back seat a few days back. Both on the phone and in person they handled themselves extremely professionally. The service was so fast and they were so mindful of my particular needs that I cannot stress enough how impressed I am. My only regret is that I didn't have enough money to tip them. Interior detailing including the shampooing of one seat in the car came to a total of $135. The price point is a little bit above what I can afford and also what I expected but it was worth it. I usually do not write reviews online, but I feel it is necessary this time to share my personal experience with the services provided by the Auto Club Detailing. I had my brand-new red Tesla Model 3 Performance polished by Kyle and Colin at their shop prior to its XPEL paint protection film installation. I drove to their shop in person for the appointment, and Kyle informed me that he would be leaving tomorrow but still kindly fit my appointment into their schedule despite that their schedule was almost full before Kyle's departure. In order to further protect the polished paint from rocks, dust, and debris on the road, Colin and Kyle put food wraps around the entire front of the vehicle after the polish, and the car arrived at the XPEL shop absolutely spotless. From my perspective, both Kyle and Colin are incredibly passionate, care extremely about details and qualities of their work, establish friendly and long-term relationships with their customers, and basically treat any vehicle in their shop as their own. In the future, I not only will be bringing my Tesla Model 3, my Volkswagen Golf GTI, but also will be recommending all of my friends to their shop for detailed wash, maintenance, and other high-quality services.​ read more

Within walking distance (Bradley Ave.) was a detail shop They did not take reservations, told me first come first serve but I had to drop the car off at 8 a.m. with no guarantee of when it will be done,$160 ouch. I drove around aimlessly for about 6 minutes could not figure out where I was supposed to go in so I went home. Simply the best in town. Their online scheduling system is super convenient. When I enter the door, the staff Colin was already there with a huge smile and welcoming handshake. The store was extremely clean with modern design, plus comfortable sofa and lots of yummy snacks. You can choose staying in the store for a few hours browsing internet while they work on your car, or coming back later. I left the car there for a night. Second day I needed to come in the evening to pick up the car. Colin and his staff (sorry forgot his name) was waiting there just for me. They walked through every single detail in the car. I thought my Sienna were totally ruined by the toddlers, but now it looks brand new again! Their professionalism and the service quality is definitely among the best I have ever seen across all industries. I could not believe this is a 100% U of I student run business. The only suggestion is the sign on Mattis at the entrance, 2 uber drivers missed the entrance picking me up and dropping me off. I wish the sign was a little bigger :). read more
