This company damaged two vehicles I brought to them. The first one was a Ford Raptor which I had to take into the dealership because the messed up my sensors and my Tesla Plaid because they destroyed my window trim. They said they would take care of the costs but have gone completely dark and won't respond to any messages. The damages are over $2k. I would avoid these guys at all costs. Don't be tricked by their low prices--they will damage your cars!

I could not be happier with the wrap job these guys did on my car. They wrapped the roof, fin and mirrors of my car black and I can honestly say that the work Sergio does is that of a true perfectionist. I am super critical when I expect perfection, and I can say that this job was done exceptionally well. I am more than impressed. After researching and obtaining multiple opinions, I decided that wrapping my car was the way to go. 1. It doesn't void your paint warranty and 2. You can take it off without damaging your paint if you change your mind. I requested 10-15 quotes from multiple places from San Diego to Los Angeles and I decided on It's a Wrap for multiple reasons. The most important is that it wasn't all about the money for Rolando. He sat and talked with me and educated me and answered all of my questions. After speaking with him I knew he was a man of his word and that he would stand behind his work. I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment and they took me in right away. While Sergio started on the work, Rolando was nice enough to drop my friend and me off at the Ontario Mills Mall. He picked us up when we texted him and we chilled in the lobby until the work was done. They wrapped my mirrors first, took my fin antenna off, wrapped it, wrapped my roof the reinstalled my antenna. Instead of going the shady cut some seams and out the wrap down under the antenna without taking it off, they did the job the right way and took their time. Before we left, Rolando talked to me about caring for the wrap to make sure it lasts as long as possible and he even left some care instructions in my car for me. I can't thank Rolando and Sergio enough for the great job and the awesome time lapse video which you can find on their instagram!

OMG! Shawna is an amazing designer. She took our bare bones idea and made a logo so professional and unique that we are so proud to wear! She worked with us every step of the way. The communication was always double if not triple checked. We spoke, she emailed, and then she called to insure everything was understood. She found us colors and sizes for children, adults, and big and tall! We had samples to check sizes and colors before we ordered. We were able to confirm the polo shirt designs fit our people as well. When we placed our order Shawna organized the sizes, colors, styles, graciously and made us feel welcome in spite of our chaos! The t-shirts and polos are amazing and well appreciated! This shop delivers on everything! Thank you so much we will recommend you everywhere!

It's a Wrap did an amazing job on my UN WRAP. Sadly I did the most common mistake went with the "tint guy" for my first wrap job it was costly horrible and faded extremely fast. With permanent body damage. Then here come It's a wrap to the rescue. They did an amazing job at removing my old faded falling apart wrap in less than a day. My truck looks amazing again and I can't wait for them to do my chrome delete. Rolando and his team are A++++ highly recommend!!!

I found this business on yelp... So of course I need to tell everyone what a great job they did on my husbands truck. He wanted the bumpers, grill and mirrors wrapped black. They did an amazing job and the customer service was great, friendly and very accommodating :) Very happy with their services!!!

My daughter needed her cheer box designed. I google a graphic design company and Its a wrap come up. My daughter and I took a drive to the shop and even though their hours of operation said closed, they were still there and were glad to assist us. Shout out to Rolando, not only did he take us after his closing hours but even stayed two hours to get the design done. I dropped the box off on a Tuesday and the box was ready for pick up Thursday, just in time for her cheer game Friday night. The box came out so nice. If you're looking for a graphic design company, this is the place. Friendly staff, and the best customer service hands down. Thanks for bringing my daughters vision to life.
