Disappointed. After reading all the great reviews, I was super excited to get our Odyssey detailed by these guys. Not going to lie, it was in rough shape after six years driving around a family of six. But I was happy to pay whatever it took to try to clean it up. First the good: Amy was super nice and helpful. They did a good job on the floor. I was impressed with how much they were able to clean up the carpets and get all the crap out. The bad: I was less impressed with their work on the seats. There were multiple spots left over (see picture) that I got out with some upholstery cleaner and a rag without too much effort after I got the car home. It was like they didn't even try to get those spots out. The worst: they basically didn't touch any of the vinyl. I spent an hour after I got home with some Windex and a rag cleaning pretty much all the vinyl. You could see they did a cursory wipe on the dash and on the driver and passenger doors, but basically nothing else had been touched. The cup holders were completely dirty, the handles above the door were dirty, the sliding door panels were dirty... just see the pictures, it was bad. They even told me when I picked up the van that there was something in one of the rear cup holders they couldn't get out. I sprayed some windex in there and left it for a few minutes and wiped it right out when I got home. Lastly, it looked like they used something abrasive on the glove box because the vinyl had this huge rub marks across it. They had the van for 10 hours and when I came to pick it up it looked like they were scrambling to finish. So maybe they felt like they ran out of time and skimped on the job? In any case, I was quite disappointed. $200 to end up coming home and spend over an hour cleaning the van myself. You could get pretty close to what I got for free with our own vacuum, a rag and some Windex. Given all the good reviews. I don't know why my experience was so poor. Maybe my expectations are off? You can look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I can recommend the customer service, it was great. But I can't recommend the work. read more

I had a scheduled detalil job set up for today. Prior to the mod I sent a message saying that I would have to wait while the job was being done and that I would have,my support dog with me. They said no problem. When I got there, a courteous man took my keys and my dog and I settled in to wait. My dog was curious about all the goings on outside and went to the window to see. It was then the owner came in to ask if I was going to wait and I responded that I would be waiting and that I had sent a message to that effect. He agreed that I had but said I never mentioned my dog. I went back just now and looked at the message and I did say that I would be accompanied by my dog. He said that he had a dog there as well and that his dog would bark at mine. I had noticed when I was walking into the office that somebody had a dog on a leash a little bit away from me and the dog was indeed barking at my dog, she didn't respond at all. I had gotten up early to be at the business when they were first opening so that it would be easy for them to start on my vehicle and I wouldn't be sitting there all day. He said that it would take a long time and was clearly not wanting me to be there while they worked. I live alone and I had told him I had no other ride in our message exchange prior to the job. I was very upset because none of this situation should have been a surprise. My dog is a certified support animal. I didn't have her paperwork with me because I had never had anybody get upset about my dog. He seemed especially upset that she had gone over to the door and put her paws on it to look outside. My biggest problem with the whole situation is that he offered no alternatives. Just stated that he didn't like the situation. Had I not said anything prior? I would've understood his concern, but because I had made it very clear that my dog would be with me , I was upset. He went on to accuse me of lying about my dog status because the paperwork from my doctor was in my guitar case and my guitar was being worked on right then. Normally it's with me wherever I go. He also couldn't understand why I was upset . I tend to do that when people accuse me of being dishonest. I won't ever use his services and all I can say to others is be absolutely certain that he knows what to expect from you.unfortunately, even if you do, he might not remember or he might not read everything. Me and my dad went here to get his jeep detailed, was able to get a detailed quote and so we set up an appointment. Grew up in this car so the seats and carpets had stains in them, brought the car in and they had it overnight and I picked it up the next day, the exterior was immaculate, the wash & wax looked spotless, the headlights were really foggy before I brought it in and they got it almost all unfogged, there ended up being some on the inside of the headlight which couldn't be buffed out. Tires and rims looked clean and shiny, the inside was the big part. Literally 90% of the stains were removed from the seats, it smelled really clean and they also put air fresheners in the door pocket. They put the belongings that they found in the center console and Buddy (i assume) was kind enough to come outside with a light because it was dark to show me the results. The only con of the detail was the engine cover in the middle did still look dirty but to be honest there was 12 maybe more years of dust & dirt covering it and there was still some dirt on the plastics near the floor mats. I brought my car in to get the works. I was looking to sell it, and wanted it to look as good as possible. I have two dogs, and the car really showed it. They took a look at the car, and gave me an estimate. It was a higher price due to the amount of fur. They were realistic with what could and couldn't be done, and price was fair. It's more than a quality car wash, but they get down to the details. No surprise there. I dropped it off, and it took them the day, which is what we agreed upon. The car looked amazing! The next owner will feel like they bought something almost new. On a happy note, they found a key I thought I had lost 2 years ago! A key that would have cost me $150 to replace, so that was worth the detailing alone lol. read more

What can I say! I have never taken a vehicle to be professionally detailed. My car wasn't a huge mess but there were some stains on my seats and on the arm rests that were starting to bother me. I really got a whole new car back. No, not all my stains were out (a coke spilled and it was in there for awhile) but I am so ecstatic with how my car now looks and smells on the inside. I had wanted to get the outside ready for winter and the wax they did was also great. I had some scratches that they were able to correct and again just so happy with the results. They were the first ones to give me a quote - within an hour - So, I was impressed right off the bat. $145 felt a little high, considering I had very little pet hair, but when I got my car back I was floored! From the moment David answered the phone, the experience only got better. David was professional yet personable. We decided which detailing package we wanted and let them do their thing. This business did not deliver as promised. The vehicle was not cleaned properly. I was so displeased with the overall experience.

After the detail, my 2012 Ford doesn't look quite showroom new, but it's pretty darn close -- this after riding around town for a couple of years with three kids in the back seat. Not a speck of dust or dirt in the interior or the trunk, and the rain just bounces off the wash/wax job. All my belongings from the glove boxes were placed neatly inside a document box, which was left in the car for me. The only downside was that they kept my car for 4-5 hours, but only so that the interior would be completely dry when I got it back -- and they gave me a ride when I dropped it off and came to pick me up when the job was done. Awesome work, and a much better price than some of the other folks who provided estimates on Yelp. read more
