Once we all loaded on the bus and got on the road, I knew we made the right choice. We were brought exactly where we wanted to go and even made a few pit stops along the way. At one point the groom to be needed a specific cable for his phone, to play music, and Nene swerved on over to the nearest walgreens and copped that for us. The sound system was on point, the bus was clean, and the party was lit. Everyone was brought home safe and we couldn't have asked for a better pre-wedding party. Thanks Nene, I'll be back!

In the middle of June, the temperature inside the bus was nearly 90 degrees, making the ride very uncomfortable for everyone on board. We sat down with our heads out the windows for a breeze at least 90% of 3 hour ride. Hardly was able to dance or move around because it simply was too hot. I've even attached photos of my arms with bruises down them from leaning out the window for such long periods of time. What was most frustrating was learning afterward that air conditioning required an additional charge. Had this been communicated to me during the booking process, I absolutely would have paid the extra cost. At no point was I informed that the bus would not have functioning air conditioning unless an additional fee was paid. Additionally the bus we received was not the bus that was exchanged in text when I asked what the bus looked like. Once explaining that we would pay for AC our driver informed us that would have need to be handled prior and to "just open the windows up" Even more disappointing is how management responded when he asked me to leave a review and I chose to respectfully address it with him first, all that matters to him is that he got his money at the end of the day and was able to scam me out of a bus with no AC!

She informed us that she was available and as such we booked her services by paying for her services in full. A week prior, in a tragic turn of events, my uncle also passed away. Our family made the difficult choice to hold a joint funeral to honor both my brother in law and uncle on the same day. We reached out to this provider to adjust the date, which she was fine with. Due to a number of competing priorities (i.e. coffin selection, drafting funeral programs, selecting flowers, coordinating travel for out of town family members) we forgot to provide the exact funeral start time. Instead of inquiring regarding the time that she should deliver the food this provider reached out 2 days before the funeral (on a Sunday) to inform us that she was canceling as a time had not been provided although she had been compensated already and was well aware of the date. We were absolutely shocked. Our family had 1 business day to scramble, the week of Thanksgiving (!!), to find a replacement caterer during a time when we wanted to be focused on grieving. This provider also did not proactively refund our money. When asked she agreed to refund 50% due to the late cancellation (which she initiated!!). This was not a policy that was documented in any contract we signed, and such we were able to successfully file a dispute with our card company to obtain the rest of our funds. This provider is unprofessional, dishonest, and worst of all incredibly heartless. If "0" stars was an option it would be what she deserves. DO NOT BOOK HER
