Hello, I do not write reviews much but want to warn folks about this service. It is horrible!!! I…read morewas contacted within a few minutes after receiving their info. We made an appt for the next day. The problem is that they never showed up! I contacted them asking if they were coming and was told that they got roo busy and would come past the next day. This was after 4 hrs of waiting. The next day they did not show up until 7:30 pm, started the job and left. Shortly after, they texted me stating that they did not know that my tree was as large as it was ( I sent pictures) and that they would come back and complete the rest of the job tomorrow. They then had the nerve to request more than half of the amount without finishing the job! They completely hacked away my bushes and left debris and trash all over my lawn. They knocked over my lawn lights and did not put things back in place. To date they still have not completed the job. I try to give new business owners a chance but when they have no respect and courtesy I am almost forced to write a review to prevent this from happening to other folks! You should have been honest and let me know that the job was too much for you... transparency is the key to good customer service! -0 star rating.

They were courteous and did all they could do to get the job done in one visit. Even saying that they underestimated what it would take to get it all done and I appreciated that candor in place of overpromising. The price was fair and I recommend this company for removal. What I learned is that I should have broken the work up instead of expecting everything to be done well in one visit. Moving quickly, four bushes were removed that shouldn't have been, the grass is still overgrown (but better) and clean up was still needed. There was just no time and they had already worked a full day. Daquan said they would make up for it by giving me a free cut in the future so we'll see. Overall, good for removal and hard yard work. I'm so glad that part is over and now we replant and landscape.

I hadn't been able to get on top of it all season, and it had gotten very overgrown and weedy. Dave, the proprietor, came over and worked up a detailed quote for what would prove to be a 2-day job, including fresh mulch. It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect it to be since it was a really big job. Reasonable, though. Anyway, they banged it out. The weeding, edging and trimming was all done the first day, and then mulch came afterwards. Also put down preemergent herbicide to keep down weeds going forward for a bit. Just an amazing job. Wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and probably will have them back next year.
