If you like an overabundance of sweets this is the perfect place to shop. My kids love this place but I rarely buy anything because I am diabetic. Because it is mostly by the pound I occasionally get a small amount of something. On this most recent visit we had just had lunch across from them at El Jefe Tequila and apparently could not walk by without stopping in. The employee was very friendly and helpful. I did find some brownie bites and some other chocolate treats. I picked a few each of about 5 different ones and they are all excellent. They had lots of items I wanted but I behaved. The kids each picked something to try as well. Lots of treats and gifts to choose from. Everything is kept clean and fresh. The store is very well lit and prices are clearly marked. read more

Here's to the second stop on my Margaritaville night out! I merely just stopped in here to take a peek because it looked really cool I didn't realize I'd end up actually buying candy. What I liked about this candy store is that each bay of candy had sanitizer and gloves so that you weren't using the handles or touching the candy with skin to skin contact; that was very safe. I also liked how each bay had a different bin for the candy- they also had lids and scoopers. They had a whole wall of anime/Japanese related candy products and goods as well as small blind boxes. There was a whole wall of Oreo related products, nerds related products, and sour patch related products! They even had a cute little nerd stuffed animal that was shaped like the nerds on the nerd box - I mean how cute. I left the shop with a couple Japan related items as well as a mango soda fizzy not sure what it is but it sounds good! I will definitely be stopping here again to try some of the candy! read more

This place had such a nostalgic ambiance to it. All the candies I loved as a child but supersized ! Lol , it was a really fun experience . I didn't have any food service here and I don't recall engaging with staff but it was pretty self explanatory and signs were out . I loved the blue sour ropes and the cookies and cream malt balls . Delicious ! Be careful cause the bag fills up fast when you have a craving for sweets . read more

Our 2nd time visiting and it's going to be the last. The cost was ridiculous. You are better going to a Walmart, Target or BJs.

This new location just opened near the new Margaritaville Resort in Kissimmee. It's very bright and colorful which makes it very inviting. Not your typical candy shop as pretty much everything is themed to characters or TV and movies. This is much more of an adult candy shop, more than Willie Wonka's. They have boozy gummy bears, candy bras and undies and a whole line of snl inspired candy souvenirs. The prices for a typical bag of candy are a little high but this is a specialty shop. If I need a gag gift or a stocking stuffer this would be a place I would stop. Happy shopping! read more

How did I forget the pictures????? This place is a kids dream come true. Huge varieties of candies and pick your own quantity. Protocols in place with plastic gloves for use in handling the tongs for picking up the candy. We walked out with 3 bags of a variety of things and it was all fresh and good. read more

Well, what we thought we had walked into was a novelty candy store with a few bits of modern candy thrown in. Apparently what we actually walked into was an anti-American political platform to persuade people to hate the very office or platform that works to bind this country together. Judging by the lack of business in this establishment I could say positively that we are not the only ones that feel this way. Wont harp on the subject and definitely won't be going back into that establishment again. I visited this store in Kissimmee a few weeks ago with my family and it was a thousand times better. The environment was exciting. The customer service was the best I've ever experienced. I wish I would've gotten the lady's name that let my son try the edible bubbles. She was incredible. I went in with some friends and their family this past Saturday evening and it wasn't even the same store. The 2 girls working didn't speak at all. One was wearing head phones the entire time we were in the store. Zero customer service. The store itself wasn't as clean as my first visit. I'm not sure what changed but it needs to change back. Cute store. Highlight are the Gummy Bears in different cocktail flavors. The Cosmo is now my all time favorite gummy bear!

I went there and filled up to the line as I thought that was how they priced but it was off of scale. They forced me to pay and insisted that I already filled up a bag and couldn't leave until it was bought keep in mind I am a 15 yr Old girl who only had $5 as stated it would be. read more

Horrible customer service! They have items two times the price of the stores behind them. They will honestly tell you that they know they are over priced for tourist and don't want any local traffic! How terrible is that!? Don't waste your money here for candy or anything! Go to five and below or dollar tree. It's literally right behind them!!! read more

We stayed at Margaritaville Resort for this past weekend. We have been to other locations of It'Sugar, but this is my favorite the staff was nice, the store was clean, and so many unique fun gifts and candy. The music they were playing was GREAT! read more
