This company is an absolute joke....always looking for ways to go above and beyond to scam their distributors and loyal customers. I was a distributor with them from 2012-2014 and all I ever received was negative feedback from a majority of my clients so I decided to remove myself. In 2019 a friend asked me to become a loyal customer so I decided I would try to help her pyramid scheme...and now I am trying to cancel my account and they cannot unless I provide them with my credit card information. So I am a person with severe stomach issues so I worked closely with a rep to find a product that would be beneficial. At the beginning I was very excited and pleased with how devoted the rep was in figuring out the best product. This being said, when I received the product I did not love it but I kept trying it for a few months. After a few months I called to cancel but ended up putting my account on hold for a month to see if I felt different. I didn't so I decided to try and fully cancel my account. I was on the phone with support but got disconnected in the middle of call. When I tried to call back there was no answer. I called multiple times and have never received an answer. Therefore, I decided to attempt to cancel online and sent the support team a note. I heard nothing. I have gotten charged for the last three months without receiving a single product. I am in contact with someone now but still having major issues with resolving it. This company has reps which will sign you up as a loyal customer without explaining the financial obligations (3 months shipment OR pay $50). I have kept all communications with their rep and I was never advised of this policy and the company kept sending me products and charging my credit card until I halted payments. I advised them that I would send them my direct communications when I ordered their Body Cleanse solution but they didn't want to see them. BUYER BEWARE - anytime someone keeps sending you products and insists you pay $50 to cancel you've got some SHADY company! IT WORKS are thieves. Check out their Better Business Bureau rankings which are almost at a 70% DISAPPROVAL rate. Avoid all all cost, I tried they're protein shake and it was awful and so thick , and when I asked for a refund , they said they would charge me 50$ or I could buy another one of they're products for 20$ for the next months and then cancel. It's set up for them to hold you in for 3 months and make money. They care less about they're customers and it shows. No refund for a product your not satisfied with sounds ridiculous!
