Jo Ann has two locations, this one and her uptown location (i prefer this studio because it is smaller, typical class is about 6 people so it is very personalized and hands on). Jo Ann and her teachers have taken over 1000 hours of classes each--from anatomy to pre natal-- and know what they are talking about. I suffered a back injury from a yoga class a few months ago, and Jo Ann will tailor my exercise to fit my needs. I have been working with her weekly for about 3 months and have noticed a significant improvement in my strength and flexibility.
