Call to discuss the matter with the manager who said her name was Jasmine. Her advice was to go to my physician. So I advised I have been in touch with my physician. Not once did she state she would investigate or ask the masseuse what she used. She became irate because I wanted the number to corporate office and she became irate and stated " There is nothing else I can offer you other than go see the doctor and take some Benadryl " and hung up the phone. I will file a complaint with corporate and find the franchise owner to let them know how their business is being ran. She is the reason the ratings for this location is so terrible. I would recommend this location to anyone

I found this place while looking for a yoga studio. I booked a class then realized it was 30 mins…read moreaway and thought about backing out and not going. I am sooo glad I went. I have been to 3 classes so far and loved each and every one! The studio is so clean and welcoming; the colors, the decor, the people, it epitomizes everything a high end yoga studio should be but without the snooty people or high price. I will continue to make the drive as I have never felt so comfortable in a group setting let alone a fitness environment!

I've never attended a yoga class where a large amount of the attendees look like me so that was special to experience. The flow was slow, challenging & allowed me a few opportunities to hold & meditate in the poses. She was super knowledgeable about the poses & the different parts of the body they impacted. I loved that she read the room really well & modified her poses to suit it. She was very considerate & caring for all yogis in the room. I've already attended a 2nd class. The place it's clean & inviting. Only thing I want is more available days & evening classes. Everyone should experience Aura House! Update: Owner replied to my review! I visited this location 2 days ago. The last 3 visits were the worst ever. Had been coming here for…read more7 years. On SEVERAL occasions Francis would be late to my appointments, either her kids or her mother. I could not make one of my appointments Frances charged $45 on top of the $85 dollar service fee. I stopped going about 3 months. When I returned, I paid the $45 dollar cancelation fee but stopping tipping. Frances was upset and made it very clear on this final visit....Frances did not think I noticed but I did. She hurt my ear rubbing my face really hard. Was roughly running her thumb across my throat and the towels were way too hot. Frances attitude and work was VERY unprofessional. The facial seemed like a deep tissue and was so rough I was awaken by the unpleasant behavior from Frances. At the end she slapped some cream on my face and said "I'll meet you up front" and walked out. Im only leaving this comment because a previous comment was spot on with Frances unprofessional behavior and attitude. Would not recommend Frances for any service offered at this location.
