Dr. Choi has been instrumental in many aspects of my life - from making sure surgeries go well, to checking on me when I've ended up in the hospital or ICU, and he makes sure that you're well taken care of in all aspects of your wellness journey. He's by far the most understanding physician I've ever seen. Dr Choi is also compassionate, responsive, caring, and very understanding. I can tell Dr Choi any and all issues I may be having and he either finds the right treatment (while taking my opinions and concerns into consideration as well) or he knows another physician that can assist if it's not something he can immediately help with. The office staff - Laura, Natalie, Daisy, Ashely, and anyone I may have missed has also been astounding: a big shout out to Laura for being the world's best phlebotomist! I can't say enough positive things about the entire staff. They've been with me through so much, I feel like it's one big family that I'm part of. There's no detail on whether labs, prescriptions, or procedures are billed separately or offset at all. Nothing against the clinic itself, but after watching another practice in town fall apart post-buyout, I'm not eager to throw more money into the healthcare black hole, especially on top of already sky-high insurance premiums. Las Vegas isn't exactly budget-friendly, and this setup seems designed more for the west side crowd with disposable income than for the average patient just trying to get solid care without financial acrobatics.

Dr. Allen is a member of MDVIP so he can limit the number of patients he sees and give them his upmost attention. A lot of doctors are choosing to go this way. Dr. Allen's staff is as nice as Dr. Allen. Julie, is always in a good mood, no matter how busy she is. Always, answers the phone or calls you right back. Denny, Dr. Allen's nurse is the greatest. She is very knowledgeable and gets your prescriptions into the pharmacy right away. We moved to Las Vegas over 20 years ago, tried out about 8 doctors during that time and in my opinion, this group is as good as it gets.
