I'm the paying customer who shelled out $200+ for this "heaven" experience, and you're acting like I'm inconveniencing YOU? She barely explained anything, jabbed the IV in roughly (hurt way more than it should), and spent the whole time on her phone texting or whatever while the drip was going. No small talk, no checking in, just pure "get this over with" energy. When I asked if the mix included anti-nausea meds like advertised, she rolled her eyes and said "Yeah, whatever's in there works." Super unprofessional Left feeling only slightly less terrible, but way more pissed off. The whole point of paying for concierge service is to feel taken care of, not lectured about how busy they are. If you're gonna charge luxury prices, act like it--or at least fake some basic customer service. Save your money and just drink Pedialyte. This place is overhyped and under-delivers, especially on the human side. Avoid if you want any dignity with your recovery. 0/10 would not recommend.

I tried a few other inquiries but LV Mobile IV Therapy and James got back to me very quickly. He was coming from Henderson all the way to me in West Summerlin at 7AM on a spontaneous call. I felt like crap since I woke up at 4:30 AM that day (went to bed at 1:30 AM). After 20 minutes of their Myer Drip with some extra pain killers and anti-nausea I was able to sip water and eat some bread. After resting for another 30 minutes post drip, I was able to go about my day as if I did not wake up hung over, dry heaving, with a huge headache. James was great.. very professional and informative. I highly recommend their business, though a little on the higher side of pricing, I believe it's due to their quality and promptness.
