I had 3 surgeries and ended up with a staph infection. I had to be put on a picc and seven weeks of antibiotic theray. I was a mess but when i spoke to Hayk his love, compassion, reassurance, and knowledge put me at ease. I started with a pump that runs for 24 hours and your tied to the machine the entire time. After about 5 days of it I was done being a prisoner so l called IV League and was blessed to meet Hayk. After my million and one questions he gave me options and educated and held my hand the entire time. You just don't get customer service like that any more. Hayk your one in a million! For some of us who are supposed to sit for maybe 4 hours getting IV's, we expect or at least hope that the infusion center will be comfortable but at Iv league that is not the case. Place smells funny, looks outdated. They offer no water or snacks or anything for that matter. The chairs are super uncomfortable and it was just not a great experience for me. This is the most poorly run facility you can imagine. The infusion nurse is super sweet and very competent, but she's clearly very overwhelmed. I'm currently running over an hour and a half behind schedule, and I haven't even started my infusion yet. I arrived for my scheduled appointment earlier this morning and the facility wasn't even open. There are now 6 or 7 people here for infusions, and only one poor nurse running around attending to everyone. Apparently this is the facility UCLA contracts with for infusion services, which is really disappointing because I'm accustomed to receiving better quality care than this. Doesn't help that the facility looks like a janky storage unit. I'm generally a very easy-going patient, but this is too much even for me. Avoid if you can. read more

This company is terrible disorganized dishonest never call you back or you're on hold forever or lose your prescription doesn't matter if you give him the information the same day they are either lose it misplace it or put it on a sticky pad that nobody knows where the hell it is they lie to you your doctors. Absolutely appalled that this company can stay in business and that the people who work here can live with themselves. Look, I don't know what these employees are dealing with but for me, I'm trying not to expire by staying on multiple weeks of lifesaving antibiotics which they have lost, delivered late, hung up on me about over and over again. Their pharmacy is a joke. I am recovering from a near death experience and have medication that I cannot be without during my. IV League calls a day ahead and schedules your medication delivery. Yesterday I received their call and I was promised my IV drip medication by 2 PM. It's 9:15 PM and I've missed a dose. I don't have any of the medication in my house anymore. I have not received a courtesy. call to let me know the medication would be arriving late. Rude. Lots of other pharmacies in this town. Ok-I have read the bad, and the medium reviews, but I just came from there; it was a bit time consuming-and a ride to get there, but well worth it, and everyone was courteous and I wasn't charged at all. This for an alternate to the Covid vaccine for those sensitive to the vaccines, suggest speaking with your GP about them, and getting the monoclonal antibodies-I found nothing at all wrong with this place, and the person I dealt with was lovely-the 5 stars is to ehlp balance out some of these reviews that look like a competitor positioned themselves with people writing bad reviews-this is a great place. read more

Update. One year later they are continuing to try to bill me over $5,000 for co-payments that have been paid by the pharmaceutical manufacturers patient support program (coupon or copay assistance) we have provided them with the dates and amounts that they were paid and they continue to send us duplicate bills. We have sent them evidence that they received payment from the manufacturer and they continue to send us bills trying to collect a double payment. It's an unending nightmare. Please stay away from this pharmacy. The most charitable interpretation is that they are disorganized they could also be engaged in insurance fraud. Either way this has been far and away the worst medical provider we have ever dealt with. read more

When my wife needed an infusion service, JP from the IV league was incredibly helpful and patiently worked with us to get the therapy she needed. I am surprised many people are leaving bad reviews for them for their bills. You should get mad at the pharmaceutical companies overcharging you and not at the middle man like this infusion service. Do research before contacting them... You end up double charge for a service they gave you over the phone .. Ridiculous when you pay for nurse to go to your house, but the nurse couldn't go that they but they still charge 120$ for it... Awful location for those looking to get an infusion treatment. Been here a number of times and pharmacy was not prepared to receive a patient most of those times... sending inadequate equipment, not sending enough of certain things... just go elsewhere. Infusion clinic was not set up to receive a patient either.... took a parent here for a chem infusion and she had a reaction during this infusion, pharmacy had not sent the proper things needed to counteract the said reaction and we waiting an hour so they could run down more meds. They get an extra star because the nurse helping us was great.. but the entire operation is definitely not something id recommend to anyone. read more

IV League is the worst company I have ever dealt with in the medical business. I would not wish them on my worst enemy. As others have stated: impossible to get someone on the phone. You're put on hold, bounced between agents, hung up on. It doesn't matter how many times you call to confirm your medication or the arrival time--they will send it on their own timeline, whenever they get around to it. I've missed multiple doses and days of life saving IV medication because of disorganization or downright misinformation on their end. When you inevitably find yourself in the position of having to ask how they've managed to mess up something they've confirmed multiple times beforehand--medication delivery, timing, call backs, scheduling, whatever--they will literally say "I have no idea" or "I'm not sure." No exaggeration, I've been through this routine with them at least ten times over the two months I've been using them. Someone else posted that they thought the negative reviews were posted by a competitor. They're not. I literally read the negative reviews at night so I can stop feeling so alone and insane. They can get away with it because you're stuck with what your insurance company will cover. I can't wait until I no longer need them, yes because it will mean I am finally healthy, but mostly so I don't have to deal with this infuriating company. The nurse Suzanne is the best! I went in feeling scared but she made me comfortable. She is so easy to get along with and explains everything so that you are relaxed. Lilah is amazing as well! My husband was on antibiotic IVs for 5 weeks and this company was difficult to deal with as far as deliveries of supplies and IV's. He missed his last dose although I called and requested. I would not recommend them but am guessing they are another healthcare provider that does not provide quality healthcare and sends way too many supplies after 3 weeks of asking them to send! Gave the nurse who removed his PIC line the extra supplies as they don't take them back! Also has to dispose of 4 IV's that they did not send the 2nd IV for. I needed a Monoclonal Infusion to stop my newly acquired Covid. This company handles all the UCLA referrals for Los Angeles County. They were professional, polite, and Expeditious. The IV was painless and I was not left with any bruising afterwards. Clean facility, and they were ready for me when I arrived. BUYER BEWARE ! THIS COMPANY CHARGED OUTRAGEOUS RATES FOR COMMON IV DRUGS ! Compare prices before you consider using this IV Solution Provider. IV League priced a common antibiotic IV solution at an outrageous rate for my family member. When I called a well known specialty pharmacy provider the actual cost for AVERAGE WHOLESALE PRICE was $7.00 per DOSE and less than $30.00 out of pocket to the patient. IV LEAGUE's price was hundreds of dollars. When my family asked IV LEAGUE WHY the price was so high for the member they suggested it was a hard to get drug. That was NOT true. The drug is common and cheap. DON'T TRUST THEM. Call another IV SPECIALTY PHARMACY and compare before you buy. If you don't know who to call ask your Insurance Provider who they recommend. Patients are not thinking they need to compare prices when they are post-op and on pain meds and are told they need things set up fast for discharge. Sure they people are nice but so are the other providers. IV League's price over the time period for my family member would have cost them $6000.00 and with Coram CVS/specialty Infusion Services (handled by an easy single phone call and the doctors RX) the cost is $360.00. I've had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. On top of what my prescription costs, they were charging me something called a per diem, $10 per day for the medication. They said it was for the packing of the medication, the delivering, etc. That didn't make any sense to me because they only deliver it once every 10 days. So I'm basically paying $300 a month extra for this so-called per diem. I spoke to one woman there, trying to get a reasonable explanation for the extra cost, and she was extremely rude. The other man I spoke to said that it was just their standard practice. For someone who is a senior and lives on a fixed income, paying $300 a month basically for a delivery fee is outrageous. I even offered to pick it up but they said they couldn't do that. When I complained about it, they told my doctors office that they wouldn't be servicing me anymore. That actually is fine with me because I found another pharmacy to do it who only charges for the medication, which is what all pharmacies should do. On top of it I just checked the charges, and they charged me $140 for the 10 vials instead of $100. This Pharmacy is a total rip off. Beware! read more

NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, go elsewhere! The discharge planner called this company while in my room (in the hospital) to look for a Home Health Care agency. I had instructed the discharge planner to call this number and ask for Stephanie who has been my nurse (and she's extremely wonderful!) the last few times I've used their services. The discharge planner asked if they worked with the HIT Provider - Coram CVS Specialty Pharmacy, the person on the other end of the line hung up without answering her question which is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is NOT how a business is run and if this is their best business practice, I'm not sure why they're still in business. My husband was in and out of hospitals for cancer at the height of the Covid pandemic. We dealt with so many doctors, pharmacies and labs. The one winner in this whole difficult ordeal was IV League. They are professional, always helpful. When one of the RN's would not help in the evening with the PICC line crisis, their pharmacists walked me through it. They follow through, are intelligent, kind and become your partner in a road to recovery. If only, they ran all of the entities involved in health care recovery. They helped us reach the doctors when my husband had sepsis and needed IV meds on a Friday night. The pharmacists are incredible and so I imagine the owner is too! read more

We have been working together with IV League for a couple of years now. They are incredibly efficient, prompt and caring. If they do not carry something we need, they have provided other suggestions. They have never left us helplessly hanging with no alternative suggestions. We have called them late at night, after hours....and they politely responded with on call personnel that are able to look up information and help resolve our needs. Supply deliveries have always been on time and complete. If for any reason an item was short in inventory, they told us and provided further information regarding the date of delivery to complete the order. They never delivered incomplete orders that were a surprise to us when we opened the boxes. IV League is a A+ rating in our book! It's a pleasure working with them! read more
