During our lengthy consult we discussed my skincare goals and potential treatment plans. I had originally only come in for botox. She recommended a laser treatment that I basically said "maybe" to. She had not advised a price for the laser facial, and when I sat in the chair expecting the botox I felt pressured into the laser. When it came time for the botox, at no point did she tell me how many units she would be injecting and I was shocked to find she was doing literally double what my previous injector had recommended/injected just 6 months prior. (Im 36 with no visible creases and doing botox as preventive maintenance). Obviously all of this was my fault for not being more direct and asking for specific amounts/pricing, but the whole experience felt weird, as she was training a new employee in how to handle clients and seemingly how to upsell. I think she is accustomed to Wellington clients who are not price-conscious. The laser facial made no impact on my skin (admittedly probably not a one and done situation but I surely could not afford to go back after the small unexpected fortune I had just spent)! She was not sympathetic at check out when I was obviously shocked and I was almost in tears at the amount. Anyways, good service, good doctor, but make sure you know what you're committing to up front, just like with anything else.

I was asking all these questions about seeing them online about discounts then they said oh just go online and spin the wheel so when I did that I got $20 off but it was just a bad energy like no one was really happy or welcoming and when this white guy came in after me they were all happy about him being there. They were like oh do you want some water but no one asked me if I want anything. They wanna ask me how I was doing. I will never come back and I don't recommend anyone coming back specifically if you have Melanin in your skin and then I received the call because she said that she saw the messages she was trying to not validate my feelings talking about she was there but she really wasn't there and she said that they had an emergency that's why the girls were acting that way no what does emergency have to do with me being treated right?

I went to Unity in November 2018 and stayed till February 2019... reading some of these reviews is…read morekinda crazy, I experienced none of that, we stayed at basically luxurious condo's that had 2 bedrooms in each so I had a roommate (we are still close to this day and I consider him a very good friend) they gave us $150 a week on a publix card for food, the condos had a pool that's also heated lol we turned that thing up a couple times so it was bath water lol... but as far as the program in my experience they care and it's not an insurance scam place at all, Stacy was very nice and pretty much at the office where classes are every day, the counselors were all very professional and sincerely wanted to help people... I am now in the recovery field myself just got my foot in the door as a recovery coach in the commonwealth of Massachusetts and I'm thankful my path in life brought me to them

This is by far the best place that I have ever been. Sam (operations manager) did say to me it…read moredepends on the person walking in. The person has to decide if they want to be there or have to be there. Although that makes sense, this is still significantly better than anywhere else. Again, sam is very hands on. He gets to know each person that is there. He advocates for each person more than I have ever seen in the past. A necklace of mine was lost at the hospital when I had to go and he spend the whole time I was there going back and forth with them trying his very best to get it back. Tim drove picked me up from my residence, helped me pack my bags, and drove me there while keeping me calm and talking about recovery the whole way to the center. Absolutely amazing man. Aside from same the techs were personable, they cared, and got to know each person there also. Each tech was the same in that respect. They would jump to try to help with anything they could. For example, I needed to make a call, Ken, within two minutes had me in an office to do so. Andy was extremely helpful and timely on anything that was needed too. All of the techs were absolutely amazing. That does not happen in other establishments. The case management were people that obviously cared and wanted you to do well. They helped in anyway they could to help with issues out side to make sure you could focus on being there. The recovery they are teaching, providing, and providing proof of through the employees is unmatched. The owners are frequently there, helping with groups, meeting the people the ect. The food was great. They medicated appropriately, and helped with my plan for leaving the absolute best that they could. Nursing staff was always very nice and knowledgeable, attempting to help in anyway they could. The doctors see you each day during the first part of the process. They want you to be comfortable and to help eliminate issues if possible. Also very personable and very nice. The rooms are very nice. Comfortable beds, TVs with anything you could possibly want to watch. Groups all day for the second portion of their treatment to help to inform and help make plans for afterwards. Very clean at all times. The custodial staff clean constantly. I watched them go back over the same place multiple times in a day to ensure everything stayed clean. Lastly, anything that you need they provide, ANYTHING. And they will wash your clothes every night for you if you would like. If anyone I know needs treatment, this will undoubtedly be the place that I recommend. Not to mention they help people that don't have the means to go there frequently, as well. The care was again unmatched and set me up for success when I left. I'm forever grateful for each of the employees and people there.

At PBRC, they made me feel like a human being and not just a filled bed. I was educated on what it is that I suffered from through their 12 step approach to alcoholism and drug addiction. I was also able to address deep traumas through work with their clinical team. I came into PBRC a shell of a person, and I left being able to look myself in mirror again for the first time in a long time.
