Then the assistant greets you and gives you outstanding customer service plus explains the procedures before Dr Talbott greets you. After X-rays, he begins explaining to you his opinion of the condition of your teeth or tooth. If you accept the treatment, then afterwards he escorts you to the front desk and offers you his personal card with all the numbers to be able to reach him in case of any problems. I have been a patient for 20 yrs with unfortunately many visits. His treatments are so extraordinarily great with great workmanship. I've never had issues with visiting Dr Talbott. The first cleaning I had with Hygienist Alyson (a year or two ago) went the same as Stephanie describes - - Alyson was rude, unprofessional, condescending and has a nasty bedside manner. She is not pleased to have to deal with any medical issues a client may have. Due to vertigo and sinus problems, I am unable to be reclined back as far as she would like, yet she has no concern for anything but her own comfort. Likewise, the appointment setter, Claudia, is rude and obnoxious, stating that she told you something last time you were there, when she DID NOT. I was called less than a week before my six month cleaning and told that it would be a deep cleaning as discussed. They "mentioned" wanting to do it; but I NEVER AGREED to it - - and now they say they will no longer treat me if I don't have it done. I asked to speak with the dentist by phone and was told that I would have to make an appointment to see him in person, rather than a telephone call. I really only wanted to speak to him further about the procedure itself and privately question his staff's behavior, but because of Claudia's rudeness and pushiness, I decided to come here to let everyone know about my feelings publicly. Additionally, during the last visit, the dentist mentioned a small light colored area near one of my teeth near the gum (it has been there for years) and the dentist gave me a card to go see his buddy, a dental surgeon, to have a look at it. Two years ago, they stopped taking my insurance (claiming it was a slow payer), but I loyally stayed with them, and submitted repayments to my insurance myself for reimbursement; so now, all of a sudden, Claudia calls me a week before my appointment telling me I have good insurance and it will only be $35 for the deep cleaning. Furthermore, they will no longer treat me if I don't get it done. Could it be that they lost so many long-time clients they decided to again take my insurance? Working the system much? Poor business practices at the very least.

Went oner a year. 25 sets of cheep crooked teeth. Three implants he put in had to be taken out. Went bad. Then at the last put ctooked teeth on implants that 2 implants were spinning loose the nurse told me they are stripped out. Dr Rodion Pinkhaov said put the finals on them anyway they will stableize later. Completely shotty non careing Centerlines way off. Dark cc colors on teeth. Setbacks wrong , setback on teeth too far forward or to far backwards. He will leave the horozonal centerline slanted. High on one side and low on the other. A slanted bite. I saw 5 people in the waiting room with slanted bite , half tooth off centerline, setback wrong just like he did to me. ​​people were complaining to me and saying they have been comming a year over and over again replacing crooked teeth with crooked teeth and never getting teeth right and pressuring people into signing for finals then putting then Dr Pinkhavov putting crooked teeth in them keeping thier money. Leaving alot including me having to go somewhere else to spend another 30,000.00 to have a good oral surgeon to remove wobbly implants and make straight teeth. Use a credit card so you can file a dispute when he famously puts crooked teeth and wobbly implants in you. Because that's the only way to try to get your money back. It's a shame actually. I have recording of my visits on my phone recording in my pocket to prove what I say. Plus at least 100 written documents as proof as well.. I have at least 25 sets of crooked misaligned bolt holes teeth that he kept having his office staff that are not dentist make and all are wrong. I saved a bag of crooked teeth as proof.
