Brooks came the same day I called to fix a gushing leak in water heater. He fixed an electrical problem which was installed by a PR Electrical Company. They charged me approximately $500 and he redid it for $166. He just finished putting a sealant on my roof which had leaks leading to rot. He goes beyond the scope of work if needed. Number 6 is a well known coil to go bad. The best thing about getting them all replaced was the mechanic found the number 3 plug had backed itself loose. He was able to use a tap to recover the threads and get a new plug in. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service. Front office staff was friendly and professional and the whole place is really clean. I will definitely recommend them to friends with RV's. Thanks to everyone at PC Mechanical.

On the appointed day I arrived only to be told by Mark the other service writer that they had no record of me. However, he also took all my information and I left the RV. After no phone call for 5 days I went in to check the progress only to be told they had not started. When asked when they could start repairs Mark basically said he had no idea. When I told him I would just take my RV home he got mad at me and gave me plenty of negative attitude. Do not recommend, their organization is a disaster without regard for the customer.
