But then Tommy went the extra mile brain-storming , explaining things about trailers to us and got things repaired. He was very knowledgeable, kind and took the time to return our calls whenever we had further questions. We were impressed with his care and professional thoughtfulness! Mike did a great job reviewing our extended warranty with us. We felt very comfortable with him and felt he was helping us understand the small print! A repair situation came up needing the extended warranty. Kyle and Mike took their time together to investigate and worked it out for our best interest. In fact, Kyle set up a time the next day for us to come in first thing in the morning for him to examine our repairs. Edgar did an excellent job fixing three of our issues and one was NOT their responsibility to fix under the warranty! All I wanted to know from Kyle was how he would recommend I fix it myself. Instead Kyle said "We can take care of that in 10 minutes... no problem! " We were so pleasantly surprised and delighted! Edgar and I talked about my concern but he had a great plan, aligned it up and secured it just perfectly! It would have taken me for ever to do what he did in minutes! We appreciated him doing that for us!! We actually enjoyed, just sitting and relaxing on Sky River's deck with our dog, watching Edgar diligently fix all our repairs while talking with their friendly staff as they passed by! It was a very pleasant experience! We were there from 8:30-10:00am and drove off with our fixed trailer with smiles on our faces! After awhile a different guy was working on it. He let me know he was finished and to check it out. I found a 5 foot wide area all the way to the roof that didn't look done/completed. He agreed the other guy missed it and he got his stuff back out and did that area. When I was checking out the next day I stopped where the RV was positioned in a different direction and noticed they had not finished the the top area of the main slide. Because of the suns angle, I hadn't noticed it the day before. I called Ivan and explained, he said get with him when I was in the park again and he would come by and complete the job. When I was back at the park, I texted him on a Wednesday and he responded and would come by Friday and asked for my space#. On Friday, I texted him about 4:00 pm and asked if he was still coming, with no response. I texted again at 8:55 pm and said, you didn't show up and I didn't hear from you and did he have a plan now, with no response again. After telling many of the members about my experience with Ivan, they told me they've had similar experiences with him and no longer use him. Hope this helps with your decision.

Javier said they could not send anyone out until 2:30 pm., not having another option, I decided to spend my vacation day waiting for them to arrive. At 3pm, I received a call from Javier saying they had an"emergency" and would not be able to come until later. I asked "how much later" he said he didn't know but would call me back. It is 6:30pm, and noone called or came by. So I have no electricity for my rv all night long. Would not recommend this company, and they definitely are NOT RAPID!

Honestly surprised with everyone who has left positive reviews- maybe they are used to bad service and accept it but there are much better companies to come do a mobile repair.
