When I asked the receptionist for clarification about the release of liability involving the other driver and their insurance, I felt I was spoken to in a very condescending manner, as though I were being scolded for simply asking questions about an important legal document. As a client, I believe I have the right to understand what I am signing and how it affects me. I asked to speak with her manager because of how I was treated. Unfortunately, I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously. Instead of saying he would look into the situation, I felt my concerns were dismissed. The communication regarding my settlement was even more frustrating. I repeatedly had to call the office for updates and left voicemails requesting callbacks, many of which went unanswered. Most concerning to me was the handling of my settlement check. The other party's insurance informed me via mail that a settlement check had been issued to the law firm. I was not informed by the law firm that the check had been received. I only learned about it about a month later when the other party's insurance contacted me. I immediately contacted the law firm to ask why I had not been notified. Despite numerous calls and voicemails, I struggled to get a response or a clear explanation. I eventually received my settlement check at the end of August 2026. Based on the timeline I experienced, the law firm held the settlement funds for approximately two months or longer before I received my check. Regardless of the reason for the delay, I believe clients deserve timely communication and transparency regarding their settlement funds. Overall, I felt I had to chase the law firm for information throughout the process. I expected to be treated with professionalism, respect, and courtesy, and to receive timely updates regarding my case and settlement. I would not recommend this firm based on my personal experience with their communication, responsiveness, and handling of my settlement.

During the consultation, Mr. Boeger promised he would obtain the extremely important video footage from the bus. Never got it. Early in the process, client's mother/conservator did a large volume of research which contributed to the facts of the case. Except when responding to the initial inquiry to his office, he was unreliable in returning phone calls or emails promptly. After two years of little follow up with client's representative or the defendant's insurance company, a settlement was sought. The client's representative had no confidence in Mr. Boeger's ability to take the case to trial. In Mr. Boeger's consultation pitch to the client's representative, he stated his usual fee would be 33% but he would charge the client 25%. At settlement, he charged 33%. Unless you're looking for a very long process after defendant admitted fault, lots of wait time between contact or follow up by Mr. Boeger, and a less than favorable settlement result, you may want to extend your attorney search.
